I don't think there is a chance for Bayern Munich to push for another manager when Tuchel is doing just fine. He has been defeated only once in the Bundesliga and doing pretty well in the UEFA Champions League. The only reason that he is not on top of the Bundesliga is because Xabi and his Bayer Leverkusen are having an exceptionally good season. They are undefeated even till now and broke many Bundesliga records with this undefeated run. I think Tuchel is doing just fine and as expected by the Bayern Munich's board. He should not be sacked.

Girona on the other hand are doing pretty good right now and I believe they should keep their manager till the end of the season.

I would say Kane's addition to the Bayern Munich team was better than Haaland joining Manchester City. Kane is the top scorer across all top leagues of Europe. Although they are not at the top of the Bundesliga, that is due to the fact that Xabi and his team are doing extremely well and are record breaking undefeated streak. They have yet to lose a match. I wonder if Sancho can perform like when he was in his golden days in Dortmund. Many people including me were expecting him to shine at Manchester United. But he was very far from the expectations.
