The only reason why I feel that Dortmund won't be able to make it is probably because of their champions league match they have to play with PSG although that isn't really an excuse but to some extent they need to be at their very best and sometimes they can tend to rest some players to avoid being injured so that they can manover a way and actually knock out PSG in their match and book their place in the finals. But if they are knocked out then they might focus and put their energy more in the league.

Knocking out PSG isn't going to be an easy one but then it's actually still very possible because in football there are times when things like this beyond our expectations do happen and we can't even really be so sure of what the outcome would be but then talking about the form and strength of both teams in the champions league it's very much possible that both teams are definitely going to be hard on each other because it's something they both wish to win.

Leverkusen is far the best team this season in the bundesliga and what they are doing is record breaking. They can win all trophies this season but to maintain their unbeaten run will be hard. From my predictions, in the upcoming match, Bayer Leverkusen will easily beat VfB Stuttgart and the reason I say this is that in every meeting between these two clubs, when Leverkusen competes as host, they can always get a winning score because it's all like you said if Xabi Alonso wants to achieve a new record with Leverkusen of one season without defeat.
