I did not put the whole blame on Bayern Munich's head coach. I also blamed Bayern Munich players for their bad form this season. It will be hard for Bayern Munich to pick up form easily because they have lost the Bundesliga title to Bayern Leverkusen this season. Bayern Munich is just lucky they have secured a place in next season's UEFA Champions League; if not, they would have struggled to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League.

If we want to qualify for the Champions League next season, I don't think it will be that difficult for a team like Bayern Munich because in the Bundesliga there are four positions that can directly qualify for the Champions League so it won't be difficult enough for Bayern Munich, who were once the rulers in Bundesliga. Bayern Munich’s chances are very small of making it and getting to the  finals of this year’s champions league competition will not be something easy for them to do. Qualifying for the champions league competition is something that can be done for them at anytime and in any of the  seasons in the league, they’ve earned that prestige and will keep it for them forever and until they begin to lose focus which I think is not something that can be happening anytime soon checking their great performance from the league table now and observants in other competitions too. Bayern Munich will still remain the best to come from the Budesliga season for several years from now on and have to fight their way to the champions league final every seasons they get a qualification because it won’t be easy for them to beat all top teams in the competition and make it the finals.

There is only one week left for Leverkusen to announce their title officially! They are already the champions of course but to make it official they only need to beat Werder Bremen. Xabi Alonso is a crazy and genius coach. The players he has are not very well known and even the way to get players is free, except that only Xhaka was bought while the rest are loan players and free transfers.

I feel like the Bayern Munich players don't want to play for Tuchel anymore. Because it is very clear from the last three matches they cannot win. Who would you hire to replace him though? As bold as the management is, hiring some random dudes is not gonna cut it. The fanbase will just riot if they randomly hire someone just because Tuchel failed to win anything. On the other hand, no experienced manager would take this job unless they got some great benefits such as no punishment even if they failed to win anything or finished in the top 4 in the Bundesliga. A new coach will probably bring short-term improvement but it means nothing if the players are also problematic (can't follow the tactics, have some behavior problem, etc). I think hiring a new coach after the season ends is better for their long-term benefits. Missing out the Champions League final this season should not be such a huge price to pay for that imo.
