What Leverkusen do for the next season is to implement some manager before Xabi leaves, not meaning fire Xabi, that would be stupid, I mean like figure out who you will get beforehand. That way, they can tell that manager, to check the games, and check the players, and how they play, and make him not only watch the whole games, but also even take videos of the training and make that manager watch the training too. This would allow the new manager to come in ready.

Man, that Bayern collapse against Heidenheim was a head-scratcher. First half, they looked solid, in control. Then after the break… it's like a switch flipped. It was truly horrible and also sad to see the results of the Bayern Munich match. How bad is Bayern now, especially their defenders, that they lost again in this match? The problem is that the opposing team is not a strong team. but they can even concede that many goals, it's really sad about Bayern's current condition.
