I think hiring a new coach after the season ends is better for their long-term benefits. Missing out the Champions League final this season should not be such a huge price to pay for that imo.

I did not put the whole blame on Bayern Munich's head coach. I also blamed Bayern Munich players for their bad form this season. It will be hard for Bayern Munich to pick up form easily because they have lost the Bundesliga title to Bayern Leverkusen this season. Bayern Munich is just lucky they have secured a place in next season's UEFA Champions League; if not, they would have struggled to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League.

If we want to qualify for the Champions League next season, I don't think it will be that difficult for a team like Bayern Munich because in the Bundesliga there are four positions that can directly qualify for the Champions League so it won't be difficult enough for Bayern Munich, who were once the rulers in Bundesliga. There is only one week left for Leverkusen to announce their title officially! They are already the champions of course but to make it official they only need to beat Werder Bremen. In this situation the result of Bayern Munich's game won't have any importance. I believe Leverkusen will maintain their concentration as usual and do this job nicely. 

I hope Leverkusen finish the season without losing any game as well. At least in the Bundesliga I mean. Because in the Europa League we never know. Maybe they might be eliminated at a point especially if they face Liverpool. No matter what this is a top class work by Xabi Alonso.

Actually, I don't see any big problems with Bayern Munich's game, but many people feel "disappointed" with their game this season. This match should not be difficult for them to win, but they have lost their last 2 matches in the Bundesliga and I understand if they are doubted now. But at the same time we saw their performance in the Champions League which in my opinion was not bad and they managed to hold Arsenal to a draw at their own ground in this first leg.

I still believe in them if they won't make the same mistake as when they lost to Heidenheim in Week 28 of the Bundesliga. Their opponents this time were much worse than the club that beat them previously.

For me there is no reason for them to lose in this fairly easy match. If they lose it means there is something wrong with them. Actually, I don't really doubt Leverkusen's ability to win these two matches because so far Xabi Alonso has been smart enough to rotate his team to play consistently. I don't know how he can increase the confidence of his players so they can score goals in every match and then come out as winners. I'm still wondering too, Xabi Alonso managed to make them survive until now without suffering a single defeat so it is a record for them, I saw other teams that were consistent from the start of the season in the middle of the season they started to be inconsistent.
