Leipzig managed to bring home the win after they were able to score a goal in the 85th minute. At first I thought this would be a match that ended in a draw, considering that time was not long and Heidenheim also used quite solid defense after they conceded in the first half, to be precise in the 42nd minute. However, Leipzig didn't just give up, they were able to score their winning goal in the minutes which are quite vulnerable for a club, because those minutes are the time when concentration usually decreases a little.

This result means Leipzig can distance themselves for a while, at least until Borussia Dortmund plays a match this week. Meanwhile, for Heidenheim, this result means they are stuck in 10th position and cannot get closer to the club above them, Freiburg.

Overall, Heidenheim was able to match Leipzig's game, but unfortunately they were not lucky enough to get points from this match, because they had to lose a goal in the last 4 minutes of the second half.

after Sesko scored the first score, I saw that Leipzig performance looked more aggressive and even though they were only playing away, the fact was that Leipzig was able to provide resistance to Heidenheim, who were currently the hosts, and even from the start of the match, Leipzig dominated possession of the ball.
from before the match started, everyone was definitely betting on Leipzig victory and it was surprising that the final score scored by Openda surprised everyone after being a little sure that the result of the match would end in a draw, but there is no doubt that Leipzig performance is truly very consistent when it comes to chasing first place which is currently occupied by Stuttgart.

there is still hope for Heidenheim to catch up with Freiburg position as long as in the next match it can be more consistent in maintaining its defense and in fact, against Leipzig, Heidenheim was able to match the opponent's performance but mistakes occurred in the final minutes and mistakes like this should at least not be repeated by Heidenheim.

BTW, Bayern Munich managed to score 5 scores against Union Berlin but whatever Munich gets, it will not be able to change its position to get first place and in my opinion conceding 1 score is also one of the weaknesses that Munich often experiences.

I don’t remember them losing any matches in the Europa League this season, to be honest. I think if they are actually interested, they might end this season staying unbitten as well which will be another record. They have already been able to win the Bundesliga title for the first time ever. I think they are not worried about the match against Dortmund too much. Because they should be much more interested in winning the Europa League competition and also the DFB pokal. The biggest concentration from them is probably going to the Roma match in my opinion. Both of the first leg and the second leg.

No they haven’t lost any game yet since the start of the season and that’s why the total number of matches they are unbeaten is 44. If you look at the league matches played already or in total of what they will play it is not up-to that 44. The draw against West Ham was what gave them that record. And as a club I think Xabi Alonso is targeting not only going unbeaten in the league but also across Europe and the entire season. Should they do this, he will certainly have not only cemented his reputation in Bayer Leverkusen and Bundesliga but in Europe as the first manager to do that.

So I personally think they will gear up against Dortmund who them selves need more points to stay in the champions league, oh I forgot the new champions league coefficient has given Bundesliga a new slot making the 5th place team in the league automatic qualification to the Champions league. Bayern Munich has to keep fit because they still have the Champions League Competition to play. Yes, the chances for Leipzig to end in the top four at the end of this season are increasing. Now, they have won their game today again, which makes them leading with Dortmund by four points. Dortmund has yet to play their game, but if Dortmund wins the game tomorrow against Leverkusen, the point difference will be just one. If the game ends in a draw, there will be a two-point difference. As Dortmund is playing against Leverkusen, I can't really assure Dortmund points. It may be possible that Leverkusen will not want to lose any match until the Bundesliga matches finish.

From my own observations after checking the remaining matches the both teams have to play, the favorite team to end in the top four should be Leipzig. I think that Leipzig has easier matches than Dortmund. @MAAManda, it seems that you only think or see the competition that occurs only about a title race even though after all, the reality is that competition will continue to occur until the season ends. Even so, can I say that Leipzig's victory was like luck?
Just look at how Heidenheim's very consistent performance can match Leipzig's performance even though they made mistakes giving Leipzig opportunities and ended up conceding, but for me that's one of Leipzig's luck.
Heidenheim could have held the match for a draw if they had not made any mistakes, but it would be a shame if Heidenheim's defenders lost concentration before the end of the match and conceded 1 score which made Leipzig successful in getting 3 points.

Dortmund's current position is a threat to Leipzig and if they can continue to consistently add points, I think it will be quite easy to maintain their position so as not to be overtaken by Dortmund.

Roma has good experience in the Europa League and wants to repeat the performance like last season, namely reaching the Europa League final but they have to get past Leverkusen first before they can reach the final, no club has been able to stop Leverkusen. Even one of the Premier League club has not been able to stop it and I think Leverkusen will continue to be impressive no matter what opponent they face. Roma is not an easy opponent for Leverkusen if you look at H2H. Leverkusen have never beaten Roma in their 4 previous meetings and Roma themselves have beaten Leverkusen 2 times and last season Leverkusen was also eliminated by Roma so I think this match is quite difficult to predict.

But this season seems different for Leverkusen, they are in very good form and are unbeaten, but if Roma are able to stop Leverkusen it will be a very good achievement because so far this season no club has been able to beat Leverkusen. Meanwhile, in the Atalanta vs Marseille match, I think Atalanta will be the favorite to win this semifinal because of its success in beating Liverpool and the possibility of advancing to the final and facing one of the tough clubs, either Leverkusen or Roma.

At the moment, the UEL this season is left with 4 teams set to battle it all out at the semi finals. The strongest team said to be Leverkusen will be facing the second toughest Roma and I must say it all seems like the UEFA board wants Leverkusen to go home with the trophy. Comparing the probability of the game outcome taking into consideration both teams performances so far, Leverkusen is the better side and they have the greater advantage over Roma.

 Yes Roma can be competitive and can make the game tough but Leverkusen's record won't let them stay down to be defeated. Really it'll be a game to look out for as in the first and second legs, both teams would put up their best to seeing if they can secure the 3points. The last two teams aren't much of big strengths as they've had minor records so far in their European cup quests.

 If either of them wins, it'll be a walkover game for their final opponent because either Roma or Leverkusen would be a better side to them considering experiences gained and domestic league performances this season. Atalanta or Marseille aren't tough teams and if I'm to predict the qualified team to be, I'd go for Atalanta based on they are a little above the average performance of their normal performance. The semi finals won't be an easy battle as anything really can happen on the field of play.

I think that things with this type of positions that are being fought have to be very decisive, because for me Dortmund will get into the fight, for me second place is undoubtedly for Bayern, but I think that 3rd and 4th could be be Dortmund, because without a doubt they have a very good team and I think that the speed they manage is very great, that's why every time I think about the Bundesliga for me it is something new, because it was already 10 years of Bayern's dominance, now with All this about Leverkusen made the standings move impressively, now Dortmund has to think about not losing the classification position, Leipzig will look for things to do better, but I consider that now there is another type of competition and I like this, It's very exciting.

It most probably that Bayern Munich will be finishing at the second position because despite this poor form this season,r hey may actually not allow their selves go so low that they may have to finish anywhere below the top three on the table because they will actually be even More embarrassing that it's seeming to be Already currently but then they can still maintain the second position and be very sure they are going to be in the champions league next season.

The difference between them and the third place may actually not be realy large  but then i think munich will not allow another team be able to beat them so badly they will be finishing at the third or fourth position on the table this season i think they are most definitely going to do everything that will keep them at that position they are at currently so they it will be fair enough that they didn't finish at a very poor or bad position because thst will most likely be the taught bof most persons that they may not be able to sustain the second position but then Munich still have a fair form.

Munich has got a relatively good form with which they can be able to maintain their position in the tank AGI and gradual get to be at the top of the table probably next season an that's why they have to make sure to be at the position they are so they will be able to still have that opportunity.
