21-year-old Xavi Simons is an excellent midfielder. He is a very promising player. Xavi Simon performed very well with Leipzig last season. He scored 8 goals and 11 assists in 32 matches. It was beyond expectation that a young player like Xavi Simons would perform so well. Moreover, he was able to make three important assists in 4 matches of this year's Euro.

PSG will definitely want to keep such a talented player in their squad. The important thing is that Luis Enrique has a long-term plan with the PSG squad. I don't fully agree with you that Bayern Munich did not have the option of getting another manager rather than Kompany. There are some managers out there who are more experienced than Kompany, and if Bayern Munich had decided to call them for the job, they would quickly take the offer. Bayern Munich is not a small club that managers would be running away from. I will just say that Bayern Munich management preferred to sign Kompany as head manager, and that is what they did. I agree with your thoughts. I also still don't understand why Bayern Munich made Kompany their coach. Kompany has no experience. Kompany has no chance of being successful as Burnley's coach either. This kompany job of a thing is still actually confusing me a lot because I know very well that Bayern Munich is a big club and despite what how they performed last season that made them finish poor without a trophy I still don't get the believe that the club had on Kompany that would make them sign him to a very big task and team like Bayern represent well I guess it takes just a moment for things to work out.

Yes that's right. What you say makes sense. Actually, Coach Kompany wasn't too bad at Burnley, he even managed to bring the team to the highest caste even though in the end they were relegated again, but that wasn't his fault. With this fact, it can be said that the competition for trophies in the Bundesliga will become more competitive, where more and more teams will be involved in the competition, making the Bundesliga more interesting to participate in. Leverkusen, Bayern, Stuttgart, Leipzig and Dortmund will most likely compete closely in the top four of the standings, if this happens, the Bundesliga will no longer be boring.

In fact, I think this is a difficult job for Kompany to be able to improve the team's performance, especially in the Bundesliga now with quite fierce competition, of course it is a burden for Kompany.

This burden, which will look heavy, must be able to be carried well by Vincent Kompany in the Bundesliga next season because that is his job as the new coach at Bayern Munich and it is clear that he does not have to complain about the tight competition in the Bundesliga at the moment. Having job like this is never been easy, but sometime few peoples have luck and strategy which give them good success as we have for few peoples in soccer world even mostly peoples are feeling not good about Vincent Kompany after having his first stint with Burnley, but we can expect some good changes can go through for better results even we have no good time for the Thomas Tuchel which is well experienced in this field due to some reasons but now as he is doing changes it looks like we will have some good positive start for him which will surely help him for having good confidence and strong mentality for winning.

But I don't agree with you. Unlike you, I think there could be many other options for Bayern Munich instead of a coach like Kompaney and I still can't understand why they hired this coach while he is not experienced enough and the team he worked on it was relegated in the Premier League while he was not a good coach in the past experiences he had before.
Maybe instead of Kompany, they could hire a better coach since they had enough time to find a better one.

I am not so much excited about the bringing of Kompany to their club and the removal of their former manager, Thomas Tuchel. Tuchel is by far more experienced than Kompany because before he came to Bayern Munich, he was the head coach of Borussia Dortmund, PSG and Chelsea but Kompany have not really gotten that performance streak because even when he was at Burnley, he didn't really do anything outstanding to warrant his pitch and interest by Bayern Munich. However in these kinds of situation, I leave the reasons for why the club took those decisions to the club itself since they have the most knowledge.
