This was actually going to happen sooner or later. Even though they have been able to win the Bundesliga title in the last two seasons, The performance was not that convincing, to be honest. They were making a lot of mistakes. They were just getting away with those mistakes because there was no team that was actually able to compete with them. But now when they have some competition, they have lost the title. if there had been any competition in the league in the last 11 years, they would have lost the Bundesliga title earlier.

A lot of truth and something of deep thought in what you’ve said about Bayern Munich. Since they don’t have any competition all this years, we haven’t been able to see their lapses even though they made a lot for the past 11 years they’ve been winning the title. Thanks to Bayern Leverkusen for making it look possible that nothing lasts forever and any team can also win the Bundesliga once they’re committed and put in the hard work to make them successful in the league. We are waiting to see what Bayern Munich and also Bayern Leverkusen will play against next season.

Being a player and being a coach are 2 different things so regardless of whatever he has gotten as a player then it will indeed be a different story if he has become a coach.

Before Bayern Munich announced the signing of Vincent Kompany as the club's new manager, they've already inquired to sign other young but experienced managers like Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso who declined the offer to coach the German giants. I think the management of Bayern Munich contacted some other coaches before the finally accepted to bring in Vincent Kompany as the current manager. I'm not aware if so many coaches rejected the offer to coach the team but I am very sure that Bayern Munich contacted Xabi Alonso the current manager of Leverkusen he disagree since he's still in contract with Bayer Leverkusen but I think the choice of another young coach in the person of Kompany is not a bad idea, he's going to challenge and battle with Xabi to make sure Bayern Munich is returned to her original position in the league and to restore the good performance of the team.

Hoping that Kompany won't take much time before doing the work in the team because a lot of fans are already becoming tired since they witnessed the team going trophyless for the first time in a very long time. Let's hope that Kompany can restore the glory of the team.

This is the worst performance I have seen from Munich in the last 10 years. Every season we see the Munich team at the top of the table. But Bayern Munich is not even in the top 2 of the table this season. Bayern Munich finished the season in third place in the table. Bayern Munich management is preparing big funds to strengthen the squad for next season. But I'm not sure if Munich can dominate the Bundesliga and Champions League next season with Kompany. Kompany is not an experienced enough coach.

As far as I know, Kompany is a coach who is not on the top list of coaches they will choose. I read the news which said that actually the Munich management had approached several coaches who I thought were great coaches but unfortunately they rejected them. An example is Xabi Alonso who chose to try to stay at Leverkusen. In my opinion, it is very difficult for Munich to dominate the Bundesliga and become one of the favorites in the UCL. I agree with you that Kompany is not an experienced coach so I don't expect much from him.

I fully agree with you on this considering the fact kompany is not having a lot of experience. I consider Kompany to be the club's last option. It has resulted in Bayern offering offers to various coaches, but these coaches have rejected them. probably due to the personaly reason.  The only question I have is why kompany? I could still accept that if it was Mourinho or someone else with experience leading a large club and won so many trophies but why it must be kompany. The way baeyrn officials think about th future of their clubs were really unpredictable at this moment.
 
Why kompany? I can't really fathom how Bayern Munich was thinking about this and what perspective took by the club on this. The officials are eager to bet on the young coach, similar to what happened with Leverkusen. This is an extremely bad decision from bayern munich to hired him as a new head coach. This is a fukin gamble by munich. People have not yet blamed kompany but he does receive a terrible result early in the season. Im sure fans will be booing club to sack him out

I believe Bayern Munich will boo him. Kompany is a coach for the minor club. He will not be there as Bayern Munich's head coach. Bayern is now undergoing significant changes.

It is true that Vincent Kompany is not the only coach appointed by Bayern Munich because several great coaches appointed by Bayern Munich rejected the offer to train the Bundesliga giant club for various reasons. With more time, we will start seeing top clubs coming for him as prime target, remember these clubs will always settled for the very best players inother to meet up their targets.

This season Leverkusen has appeared quite surprising to all of us with their ability to compete in the Bundesliga and also the European League, Leverkusen managed to win the domestic league this season with an unbeaten record and obviously it is a very fantastic achievement from the Bundesliga medioker teams so far, Leverkusen ability to maintain an unbeaten record is of course inseparable from Alonso's influence and also the depth of the squad they have today,  Even though they have a makeshift squad and mostly contain academy players, but they are able to compete even with a team that has a lot of expensive star players, next season will certainly be a real test for Leverkusen in maintaining their performance, so I think even though their squad is quite perfect at the moment but they still at least need some new players to fill some lines or as a backup for Anticipating players Injuries in next season.

Florian Wirtz is certainly one of the important players this season, because with his quite consistent ability to help Leverkusen attack of course makes him the key to every game played by Leverkusen this season, reportedly currently he is starting to be targeted by big teams and of course with all his achievements this season many big teams will offer high prices to Leverkusen to recruit him.

Bayer Leverkusen is playing well and young players like Florian Wirtz are making them exciting to watch. Wirtz is already helping team by setting up goals and scoring important ones. As he gets better big clubs will want him on their team. He has a lot of potential and it is only matter of time before he is wanted by top European teams. Leverkusen should enjoy having him on their team while they can because when he leaves it will show how good he become and how well  club develops players. With Wirtz leading Bayer Leverkusen future looks great and they might even win Bundesliga title soon.

Many players have been able to perform at their best with Leverkusen this season, so that is what has made Leverkusen achieve great success this season. Xabi Alonso seems to be able to see the potential of his team's children so he can dig deeper so that his team can be at their best. One of those players is Wirtz, he is one of the players who managed to perform well and contributed greatly to the success achieved by his team.
Xabi's job is to ensure that his players are at the highest level for next season. He must ensure that his players are not quickly satisfied with what they have achieved this season.
