We can’t deny the facts that this current Bayern Munich board have definitely been in haste to make some decisions. The first was the unprecedented decision to sack Julien Neglesmann which to me was definitely a wrong decision and that’s what lead to this managerial crisis. The appointment of Tuchel was definitely not going to sit well with some board members and to worsen his own reputation he had a fight with some players like Kimmich, De Ligt and Goretzka which were what aided his departure.

There were rumors already that Bayern Munich had wanted him to stay after reaching out to multiple managers and this was definitely a disrespect to him, and not wanting to take the job back was for Tuchel’s ego which I will second was better though to show his true worth. I totally agree with you. Bayern Munich was too proud and treated coaches badly thinking their name and money would make coaches forget. But many coaches like Roger Schmidt saw truth and refused to work with them. It is not about money coaches want respect. Vincent Kompany is in tough spot and it's hard to see him succeeding unless he wins almost every game. Bayern Munich bad culture and lack of support for coaches will likely lead to another failure. Club needs to look at what they are doing wrong and create positive environment where coaches and players feel valued.

I have said this in several previous posts regarding why Kompany was appointed by Munich as coach of the Bavarians. if we look at when Kompany managed Brunley in the Premier League and he failed, the biggest factor was that the team was not supported to compete in the premier league. and if I'm not mistaken, there were many Burnley players at that time who were injured. although, in reality we don't really know whether these players are the most important part or not. but one thing I saw from Kompany, he was able to take Burnley from the first division to the Premier League. The situation of Joshua Kimmich is not clear yet and we can't predict to his situation in the next season. During the time when Tuchel was working in Bayern Munich, Joshua Kimmich was about to leave the team because of the bad relationship he had with Tuchel now Tuchel left and Joshua Kimmich is still in the team.
