Honestly I expect Kane to score a lot of goals once again and finish as top scorer. He scored 36 goals the last time you know. He could have broken Lewandowski's goal record (41 goals) in one season as well. Guirassy was also a goal machine but couldn't even get near Kane. It is really hard to match Kane. You must have a scorer like Haaland to make it possible.    But hopefully all this effort could help Kane achieve a trophy this time.

Bayern Munich is not actually having a bad preseason. They only drew 1-1 with Düren. They won all their other games. I think the manager started very well. Because I think it is a success that he knows the team and plays at this level. They will play Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga this weekend. I think they will win this game and I think he will get his first win in official matches. I think the criticism against him is a bit too much. But I think Kompany's doubts about Bayern Munich are slowly starting to change, especially with the many star players, Kompany will easily build this squad very different from when he coached the team that was previously financially and player materially inadequate. In Bayern Munich's last 3 matches against Tirol, Ulm & Grasshoppers, Harry Kane was able to consistently score goals, unfortunately these were friendly matches. If we look at what Kane has done in these matches, i can confidently say that Harry Kane will be the Bundesliga's top scorer this season, but beating Lewandowski's record is still not possible in my opinion.

While the new season has started in other leagues, the new season of the Bundesliga has not started yet. The season starts on the 24th, but Bayern Munich have their first match on the 25th.  

The opening match is important for every team as every team wants to start the opening match by scoring 3 points. Bayern Munich's opening match against Wolfsburg where the statistics must keep Bayern Munich ahead. If Bayern Munich don't make too many mistakes in the match and play their normal game, Bayern Munich can definitely get three points in the opening match. Kane still performs in his best level so far. So, it is easy to say Kane to be the top scorer again for this season. Unless he gets a serious injury and he needs to take a rest for a long period of time, I don't see the chance for other players in Bundesliga to beat him as the top scorer. Even if in the last season we have Guirassy and Openda in the list of the top scorers, their goal gap with Harry Kane's goal is quite large. If Harry Kane still can play regularly, no doubt that Harry Kane should be the top scorer again.

By the way, it won't be easy to break the record of Lewandowski's goals. Lewandowski did it when Bayern Munich in their best form. When there are a lot of star players in the squad it is quite difficult to manage them. And it becomes more difficult for an inexperienced coach. Bayern Munich is a renowned club.
