In terms of finishing higher at the end of the season they are easy to get but when it comes to competing for the title they have always failed to compete with Bayern Munich or even Dortmund until most recently Leverkusen.

Seeing how Frankfurt have developed this season must make the match against Leverkusen difficult to predict. Frankfurt last time out managed to hold Bayern Munich to a draw, as did Xabi Alonso squad. Frankfurt and Leverkusen have both managed to hold Munchen, the match automatically becomes more balanced.
