Bayer Leverkusen have declined in performance this season, they're weigh out of line when it comes to consistent stellar performance, their results shown everything, unable to withstand the pressing forces coming towards them this season. Although Xabi Alonso is still doing his best, I think he ought to change pattern and reinforce his stats towards this club because the best is yet to come. Watching them ranked 5th position on the Bundesliga table, I think it's too early to start putting sights on the top four because there's more time than we could possibly imagine.

Last season under Edin Terzic Dortmund finished in the fifth position making them qualify for the UEFA Champions League. It is understandable that the new coach with struggle a bit to stabilize the squad since the Bundesliga is stronger than the Süper Lig. The loss to Union Berlin was not a surprise considering that Union has improved so much this season after ending last season in 15th position. But I was expecting Dortmund to get a win or draw considering the uncommon win in the UCL league thrashing Celtic 7-1. Hopefully, they will bounce back against F.C. St. Pauli today because the visitors have not been competitive.
