Personally, I have doubts about Kompany's figure as the head coach of Bayern Munich. Nevertheless, a top club like Munich, and Bayern undoubtedly remains a top club even at the world level, should get a head coach with past achievements and regalia, and not arrange experiments on whether it will be possible to get a new star of the coaching workshop cheaper and at the same time completely obedient to the sports department of the club.

When a club decided to depend only on their Academy players without going to the market like the way other teams are doing they will certainly perform very bad and I believe this is the problem Borussia Dortmund is having, though using Academy players are not bad but the moment they saw that a good positive results is no longer coming from those players, changes should have bound to happen by hiring more good players because like other clubs you would see some new players every season but in the case of Borussia Dortmund is not always like that, and if Nuri Sahin did not react fast this could affect him as a coach because the management will see him as someone who is not capable.

Another bad performance from Nuri Şahin and his team. Dortmund does not usually aim to spend too much money to hire expensive players to get results but they usually grow and sell players but it seems it's the time for them to make some change in this team because this Dortomund we saw against Wolfsburg was not in the good form at all.
Dortmund lost the game with 1-0 however they were playing away from home but this can't be a good reason for the bad performance we saw.
I think this made me think even Şahin is close to getting fired from this team.

And the funny thing is that they are playing Leipzig next on Saturday. It wasn't such a good decision to part with their former couch in my opinion.  Sometime you have to lose something important before you realize what you possessed. I understand some players are missing in their squad but such performance was just a slap on Dortmund and I don't think anything good will be achieved by them this season. The issue of lack of quality players  can not be solved in a short time since they don't normally like to spend money. Although, they are good defensively but the forward is getting weaker every match day. Dortmund will probably get themselves kick out of the league and end their champions league campaign before they will wake up to reality.

Sorry what? Academy players? I mean they didn't shop like crazy but they signed 2 very good players from Stuttgart in the offseason. You remember Waldemar Anton and Serhou Guirassy? Also they signed German national team players Maximilian Beier and Pascal Groß. So they had good signings, it just doesn't click (yet?). Also they got Yan Couto from Man United, certainly not a no name as well.

You're wrongly stating Dortmund depends on its academy players. They rarely used their academy players. Instead, they bought talents from other clubs and developed them to sell for a higher price. I often saw them hunt for talent at low-tier clubs.
