Yes you are actually right, Luiz Diaz transfer was very important in improving the attacking department of this Bayern Munich side but that doesn't changes anything much in the uefa champions league because it is a competition meant to be won by the best. This Bayern Munich side isn't stronger than Paris saint Germain that are the current champions, and the likes of Manchester city, Chelsea that are the current world champions, real madrid, Barcelona and the rest of other top side are a formidable threat in the competition, so  Vincent company and his Bayern Munich side needs to do more if they want to win the uefa champions league next season.

 Then as for the German bundesliga  title, they are the clear favourite just as you have said already, but I may have to confess that the competition is not fair or it's better if I say that it's not balanced.

If its based on the competitive nature of the domestic league, I think the Spanish Laliga and the English premier league teams will always be the teams winning the champions league because these two are the most competitive league in Europe. Bayern Munich were champions last season they had little challenges from Bayer Leverkusen last season because of their poor performance but looking at the way things are going Vincent Kompany needs to be very careful not to be disappointed due to lack of preparation cause the team may feel they are undefeated but there are other good teams aside Bayer Leverkusen who can rise up and challenge team for the league title next season.

Every team has an equal chance when it comes to the UCL. The Munich squad is capable of competing in the UCL, not just the Bundesliga. Moreover, Kompany has already coached Munich for a season. He simply needs to address any weaknesses. Munich's weakness last season was in defense. When they lost to Inter Milan in the UCL, Munich's defense suffered injuries, so there were no equally good replacements. That's why Munich failed last season.

You mentioned the favorite teams above, but you forget that Munich is a club often favored in the UCL. Their mentality in the UCL is unquestionable. Yeb Bayern Munich ist the best team over the past and all the German League history but in the last years other Teams close up to them.
ANd also there are more Teams that will be fight for that German League Title or getting into it.
The best example is Frankfurt in my opinion they did and maked a huge steps in the last years.

Of course, I don't need a seer, magician or people who claim to be professional gamblers to tell me even in my dreams, I know that Bayern and PSG are the favorite to win their domestic league. Leverkusen is already weak with an average coach. Some of their key players left the club after the departure of Xabi Alonso. In Ligue 1, I don't see who can compete with PSG.
