I never pay attention to pre-season games, it's not much different from the club's training sessions when the players play 11 vs. 11. Endless number of substitutions, experimental lineups, unclear motivation of the opposing team - for example, you are playing seriously, and for the other team it is just a warm-up game. How can you evaluate the result obtained? We will see the first results in the first rounds, it seems to me that a lot will be clear right away about what awaits Bayer with Ten Hag.

I agree on that! Sesko isn't an ordinary player before anything else. He is one of the biggest talents among strikers now. It would be a pity to throw his career at risk by joining a Saudi team at this young age.  

He was a target for Arsenal but recently they are more interested in finishing Gyökeres. Even if they approach Leipzig to make an enquiry, probably he will cost them more than 100 million euros. At least recent rumours say that.

Normally. Bayer Leverkusen is the team I thought would challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title next season, and since they sold their two key players and changed their manager, I have started doubting them again. I don’t really expect any good performance from Bayer Leverkusen again. Because things will change and will be new to this team, two key players have been changed and the manager. The only way for anyone else to ever have a chance, would be getting a rich owner who can spend as much as Bayern, but not that many people could spend 300+ million a year on a team, so I am pretty sure that Bayern is comfortable at the moment and won't face that much difficulty from any other team. Whatever the situations but the fact is only this we enjoyed or really enjoyable are these leagues or titles which are based on the competition, where their results are unpredictable . Absolutely disagreed with you in this. You shall never use pre season result to forecast their future. You don't know whether they will play with the full squad during the pre season. We may be seeing some juniors to take a chance in the pre season. The better for you don't take the pre season result seriously. There may be the adjustment to happen in Leverkusen's squad as well. Impossible to believe pre season result will determine their future due those reasons.

from the preseason you are going to know whether the club is going to go far or not because they will want to show display of what they have been learning for sometime so i think you will be able to judge from the preseason sometimes, and it is rare to see them not to do well in the preseason and then when the main season starts they start performing well this are part of the reasons and since they are against smaller clubs they should even find it very easy to beat them since they are smaller clubs, its actually very mysterious how some might even show sign of starting well and the next thing they start losing focus. And Leverkusen seems to be ready for the season to kick off.

This is very correct,  some teams do not bother about  preseason games enough to put in all their efforts,  they even make sure not to use all of their mainstay players in most cases so they do not get them injured or expose them to certain health risk and suffer through out the season due to the players heslt conditions which was acquired from preseason game. Judging a teams strength from a preseason game may not be okay but you can get an insight as regards their readiness by their preseason performance, some teams can be very good during preseason and fumble when the main season starts.

Yeah the Chelsea game will definitely be a tough test but it's just the pre season so no pressure at all and I believe Chelsea won't be playing their best players in the game, there are new players that they would want to try out and see their performance so Leverkusen will have a chance to fight back. They have lost most of their stars so there will be a void left in the squad that's why they can't compete properly as they should.

In the other games I don't think it will be a problem for them at all, these teams are easy teams they should win easily. Only the Chelsea game will be a good test for them. At least winning them will help boost their confidence and prepare them well for the league.

There is literally no other data available for anything so those games are the only things that we can see. Obviously they are not going to give you 100% of the situation, because most of the time even youth players play, and people who won't even be around or sold could be playing, none of those means anything at all.

What we are seeing however is the first glimpse, like how they will try to play, a formation, a strategy, any tactic we can, because that's what we are going to have to end up with. If you can do that, then you are going to be happy to see "something", instead of nothing. What are we suppose to do if not for watch friendlies? Watch the training? So friendlies and tours are great way to get the first glimpse somehow, and then first weeks of the league is even better.

You can't use preseason to determine how good a team will go when the season actually starts because there is a big difference between preseason and the main league the matches in the preseasons are all for keeping fit and finding the form of players but that is not the case in the main league
