Hertha's odds were nearly the same as Freiburg's in the DFB Pokal game and they prove it why right away. Freiburg struggled a lot and barely managed to eliminate a 2nd league team by penalties...

Bayern Munich just did what was expected from them. Now we are waiting for the semi final draw. I think they will finally win this cup after 5 years. I don't think any of Leverkusen, Stuttgart or Freiburg can stop them from that.

If I'm not mistaken Hertha scored an early goal early in the first half, but it was disallowed by the referee, but their match was indeed very difficult, with the match having to go into extra time for both teams to score. Initially I was optimistic about Freiburg, believing they would have an easy win but it turns out the bookmakers were right to give Hertha a chance.

Bayern on the other hand, easily overcame Leipzig. Leipzig were completely helpless, although they held off Bayern attacks in the first half. In the second half, they had to concede the ball twice in their own net.
Given Bayern opponents form, there was no doubt that they would easily win the DFB.

Really good game by Leverkusen on Tue in the DFB Pokal quarter-final. There wasn't much action, but they controlled the game from start to finish, scored in both halves and didn't let St Pauli have a single shot on goal. They don't have a chance of winning the league, but they should be able to put up a good fight in the cup.

Bayern and Stuttgart also with relatively easy wins and Freiburg made it through on penalties. So all 4 teams in the semi-finals will be top 10 Bundesliga clubs, with Bayern being an obvious favourite.

Leipzig were unfortunate to be matched against Bayern. The 2-0 loss doesn't sound so bad when compared to the beatings Leipzig suffered from Bayern in the league games this season: 5-1 and 6-0.

Bayern Munich is still ahead in points, so it is clear that they will end their season by winning the title. Even if they lose in the next match with Werder Bremen, they will still be ahead in points. Because they are already ahead by 54 points. They have to be a little more aware if they want to win the title this season, even though they are ahead in points, they often fall behind because of the players' bullies. Bayern Munich is a strong team in the German league. If they lose their points carelessly, it can be very difficult for them to win the next matches.

I’m happy for them. They have been working hard for this in this season and are not tired yet. Bundesliga is also a sure game for them already because they are still leading with 6 points ahead of the Dortmund side which they will even be playing against soon. If Dortmund can beat them in their next match together which will be after Bayern Munich has finished meeting with Bremen, they will be able to close a three point gap between them and the Bayern Munich but will still be left with an extra three points to clear still which will be very difficult to happen. Not many clubs that can defeat Bayern munich and we don't even know the ones that can defeat them. The only club that has done  so is augsburg and it was unexpectedly. If augsburg faces bayern munich again,we know they cannot defeat them. Except Bayern munich makes mistakes no club in the bundesliga can beat them. They don't regularly make mistakes,the chances of beating them if they don't make mistakes are weak. Freiburg this season is not good, so it is not strange for them to be matched by a second division team, I think they can reach the semi-finals that is enough for them at this time, because we know that Freiburg is not that good, even the penalty shootout was only a 1 goal difference, and now their opponents are Bayern Munich, Leverkusen and Stuttgart, those are teams that are on average consistently better in the Bundesliga than the other teams, they should stop hoping starting today and be grateful to be able to reach the semi-finals.

I think the most possible is 3 trophies which are DFL Cup, Bundesliga and DFB Cup and currently Bayern Munich has secured 1 trophy while the DFB Cup has passed the quarterfinals, Bundesliga just need to keep a safe distance. But I only doubt the Champions League title because the competition is tougher compared to the 3 competitions above but it doesn't mean Bayern Munich can't get it if this club continues to perform consistently as it is now, but the Champions League round is still quite far away there are some teams that may make it difficult for Bayern Munich such as Arsenal, Barcelona, Man City, Real Madrid which are strong rivals in the Champions League.

Yes, they have always been the team with the greatest chances in all competitions under the DFB. However, sometimes expectations don't match reality, as evidenced by their failure to win the DFB Pokal in the last 5 seasons. I agree with you that the decider will be in this semifinal stage, if Bayern Munich can get past this stage, there's no doubt that they will win the title with 90% chance. The draw will be held on the 22nd of this month, I really can't wait to see which team Bayern Munich will face .

Looks like Munich will most likely grab the title this season. If you look at their mentality and how prepared they are, it feels like they’re seriously aiming to be a treble winner again. Honestly, the bundesliga already seems like it’s in their pocket. From the start of the season until now, they’ve been super consistent in every competition. They just look too strong compared to the rest.

So, big chance they’ll push for the DFB Pokal too, and after that go all in for the UCL. Sounds pretty realistic to me.

Borussia Dortmund is having good improvement with their winning streak is extended still they are having not enough depth to challenge Bayern Munich for title race in this season, difference of points is now 6 while third spotted Hoffenheim is also having 6 points difference from second spotted Dortmund.

Leipzig getting beat 2 0 is honestly their best result against Bayern all season which is... Kind of depressing if you think about it? Already they lost 6-0 and 5-1 in the league. Thirteen goals conceded in three games. Walking away with just a 2-0 cup loss probably felt like a moral victory.

Leipzig was actually off to a good start. They had a target out in the 4th minute. Baumgartner thought he'd scored but VAR said no. Then they hit the cross bar in the 62nd. Two minutes later Vandevoordt (their cup keeper) slips over in trying to rush out, giving away a penalty, and Bayern score twice in three minutes. Game over.

That's what this Bayern side is like under Kompany. They don't necessarily dominate you for 90 minutes anymore but they just have these moments where they just execute. Three minutes and you're done.

Also Olise is suspended for Bremen this weekend that people aren't talking about enough? He's been their best creator all season long, 16 assists and now he's out. Musiala may be making her first start in ten months apparently. Bremen are desperate down there fighting to stay out of the relegation dogfight so maybe that match might be trickier than it looks on paper.

Bayern Munich has a busy schedule. They compete in the Champions League, Bundesliga, and DFB-Pokal. I think they almost always win easily when playing in German competitions. So, perhaps they're more focused on the Champions League matches. Although they didn't dominate the match, the statistics still show they were far superior to Leipzig. I don't think they played with the utmost seriousness and aggression, but they still secured the win. I agree with you that it's hard to find another team that can beat them in the German league. Unless Munich isn't really serious and plays with their bench or even their young players.

They rarely lose, but there are still many matches left that demand their consistency. At the very least, they should try to widen the points gap with Dortmund, who are currently also playing quite consistently.

With thirteen matches remaining, it’s still very possible for Dortmund to create a surprise for Munich. But as long as Munich can perform well, I don’t think there will be many problems. Kane is what, nearly 40 goals in less games? This dude is reaching right around 45 goals and assists totals in less than 35 games and that is insane, I cannot think of how someone can be that efficient in scoring.

This one was a penalty but he still managed to make a goal out of this game too and they are further in the cup. I am pretty sure that they are going to do at least double this season, not sure what is going to happen with UCL though because that one is pretty much not that easy.

This is the exact situation now. One shouldn't just get carried away with Dortmund's dropping the gap with Bayern Munich to 6 points. I can assure you it is an illusion.  

The champion of this season is already obvious. Just like it was in the previous season... The fight for top 4 is more enjoyable to follow now indeed. Because there are a few teams in such a small point interval to join the Champions League.

At the beginning of next month, Munich will also face Dortmund. That is the perfect situation to widen the point gap and stay ahead of Dortmund. Before that, there are still matches against Bremen and Frankfurt. But I think that won’t be a problem for Munich as long as they continue to perform well without any issues in the team. They do have good players, and player rotation is indeed necessary. They could face difficult situations in the Champions League.
