I don?t also pay more attention to Bayern Munich games in the Bundesliga, I am more focused on how they can farewell in the champions league because that?s where they actually don?t stand a very good chance to prevail on unlike the Bundesliga that they?ve already won. Bayern Munich needs to remain focused and determined in the champions league, even if it?s not going to be an easy ride for them, they can always get to actually compete for the top which if they?re lucky they can even reach the finals. The fact that other teams in the Bundesliga are coming up more, I don?t see them having a chance to replace Bayern Munich for the title, they?re mostly and likely not going to beat them for the title as far as the Bundesliga is concerned this season.

Bayern Munich can rest easy, in the league they are a team that can do very well without wasting too much energy and they always demonstrate this by dominating the championship, while in the Champions League the story is different, in the sense that this is certainly unexplored territory and that every time it can reserve surprises.

Dortmund are in a very good figure. They have won  6 consecutive bundesliga matches. They will face atalanta in the champions league match a little later. They have a big chance of winning if they give their full seek . But I  have a lot of lack of certainity whether they will give their full effort in this match. Dortmund are in good form now. They have continued  their winning streak in the bundesliga. The players are also  very confident. At the moment, their best chance of winning  against atalanta is in the home match. There is no reason to think that Atalanta's performance is  too strong.

Dortmund secured the lead in just the third minute of the match with a goal from guirassy. Atalanta was not  prepared for conceding such a goal so quickly. dortmund made an incredible start. Atalanta could not equalize the match even after 30 minutes. And today their attacks also  seem quite slow.

They are not so far away from Bayern Munich but I don't think there is anything like competing with them. Dortmund might be in form this season but I don't think it is enough to challenge Bayern Munich for the title. Dortmund's upcoming fixtures are tough and just in the space of 7 days they will be playing against Leipzig, Atlanta and Bayern Munich. I don't think they can overcome all three matches and win them all. Even if they are able to win against Leipzig I don't think Bayern Munich will let them win them easily. Dortmund being the home team gives them the advantage to win but it will be still be difficult. It will be a hell of a week for Dortmund I just hope they are able to manage things and remain in the title race.

Looks like we might have 3 German clubs in the round of 16 of the Champions League.
Yesterday, Dortmund scored a precious 2-0 home win against Atalanta in Leg 1 of the play-offs, and today Leverkusen won by the same margin against Olympiacos in an away game.

Rematch for Dortmund can be a tough challenge, as Atalanta will be dangerous at home, and when playing at their 100% they are able to defeat any team. I'm very optimistic for Leverkusen. I can't imagine they will waste that nice advantage in front of their home crowd.

Dortmund has another difficult league game coming up this Saturday, as they are playing away against Leipzig. If they lose and if Bayern win against Eintracht, I think the championship would be pretty much decided.

I don't seem to understand what you mean by Champions League being an "unexplored territory" for Bayern Munich. If I recall correctly, Bayern has been playing the UCL since 1969, and has been qualified many times after, so what is the experience lacking here? You see, being a local champion doesn't mean you are international champion, which is what is playing out with Bayern when they compete externally. I believe the local league is too easy for them, which makes it look as if they are unstoppable.

As for Bundesliga, I hope they do not relax too much this season, Dortmund is closing in faster than thought.

Dortmund is already a strong team  compared to atalanta. Dortmund has been performing well for a while now and has been able to  continue its winning streak . They won the home match against atalanta 2 -0 . So it will not be very difficult for them to qualify for the round of 16 . dortmund will try to draw the match in the second leg..

The next three matches are very important for dortmund. They will play against leeipzig, atalanta and bayern munich respectively. If dortmund can win against leipzig and munich , they will stay in the fight for the Bundesliga title. Leading by 2 goals on aggregate is already good for Borussia Dortmund, at least if Atalanta wins in the next UCL match, I'm sure Borussia Dortmund can narrow the score. They must remain vigilant, whatever the current conditions.

Actually this schedule wouldn't have any negative impact on Dortmund concerning the league because I don't consider them as a potential contender for the German bundesliga title, I know it's going to be a bit stressful for the team haven to play in this playoff to secure a place in the round of sixteen but it's a necessity that they can't avoid at the moment and so they have to accept their fate and hope for the best.

What other teams in that German bundesliga that looks better other than Bayern Munich and the Dortmund who are really not even into action towards winning the league title as much as Bayern Munich prepares itself for at and before every start of the season.

Even when the points difference isn't much but close Dortmund still makes flop of themselves with a feeling of ease and relief with just securing a spot in the top 3. They've almost become a mediocre team that's if it's not what they are already.

I dont know why in yesterday game for Champions League Bayer LEverkusen has higher odds than Olympiacos, i miss something with them? I mean for me LEverkusen is a far better team than Olympiacos and despite b eing in away condition i dont know why a greek team can be a favorite against one of the best Bundesliga teams, suepr strange, anyways Leverkusen manage to win and take a good result.

Great win from Dortmund, they made the job they need to win on home and travel to Bergamo the next week with a good advantage, this can give them maybe a good rotation on players, not a full one since is not fully secured but at least a few who can be with some inconvenience.

The main problem is..... the game in this weekend is super hard, so i feel like the starters are gonna be the same for the Bundesliga game and they are gonna save some in the UCL game.

You're right, Dortmund achieved that crucial objective, even though they're tired because they shouldn't give up. Just winning such an important match boosts their spirits, their morale, everything. So, even though they're tired, they have to go out there and give it their all, That's the idea. If they lose, at least they can say they gave it their all, that they left nothing undone That's valid, but normally when you go out there like that, it's because you're going to win.
