Trying to be upset about Bayern winning the league every year (or same with PSG) is not smart, it's not about Bayern trying to get down, it's about making other teams be better. If we want a league where Bayern isn't the best, the road to that isn't by making Bayern worse, that would be counter productive and would hurt German football.

If Germans really wants to see someone else win other than Bayern and that to happen more than once a decade, then they need to focus on finding ways that would make other teams better. Keep Bayern good, or even better, but make other teams get better so that you would have greater German football. German teams need s to do better in UEFA competitions for that to be the case.

There's been no fun since the beginning, this year Bayern Munich was just too superior compared to all the other teams. Very annoying, last week my parlay bet was thwarted by the Bundesliga because I placed a BTTS (yes) bet. And... when I didn't try again today, those teams succeeded, I felt like I was being mocked. LOL.

The BTTS (yes) bet is likely to end in this match, I don't see Koln being able to score a single goal, the red card was a disaster, but I could be wrong, considering that Koln is being chased by teams in the relegation zone, they will be trying to at least steal a point from Dortmund, even with only 10 men.

The expected is really happening in this game like There's no Köln is getting not even a draw in this game and for Dortmund they should better win this game because their incontinence is becoming unbearable it's just that there is no much competition in that league else i don't see any reason why Dortmund should be qualifying for the UEFA champions league every season because they are the most unserious team in that league despite them finishing top four in every season i still see them to be the most unserious team ever.

The match that Dortmund played against Bayern Munich was the match they were supposed to have taken advantage of and show their own determination for the Bundesliga trophy, but after not being able to get three points from that game, it became even clearer that Dortmund won’t stand a chance against Bayern Munich in the title race and the best they can come by end of the season is to be the runner up. This league continues to be dominated by Bayern Munich only and this is why the league is not rated well as others that are more competitive and interesting to watch. The indecisiveness of who gets to win the trophy is what makes these league competitions interesting to watch always.

Even if Dortmund wins todays game against Fc Koln, of which they have won the game 3:1 as I speak, I don’t still see Dortmund mounting any more serious title contenders challenge against Bayern Munich this season. For sure there’s a bit of improvement this latter half of the season for Dortmund, but for them to be able to mount a serious title challenge against Bayern Munich then they should be able to win the best. Their last game against Bayern was supposed to be an opportunity for them  to show they are a strong contender against Bayern for the title but they couldn’t do it as they fell to a defeat in their home ground.

What do you expect, they've been the strongest in the league for more than a decade so you don't expect that they shouldn't be talk about too often compared to others, like it or not they're the best for now and until other teams sit up to challenge them and make the league more competitive they'll continue being the best team in the Bundesliga. You'll still watch them lift the trophy this season cause I don't think Leipzig, Hoffenheim, Dortmund, Stuttgart or even Bayer Leverkusen would win it this season, hope you can see the point gap. 

On the other hand, while it is of course not "fun" to watch Bayern Munich win every single year, it's also quite true that they are spending money more than others in a level that is all by their own.

Salaries and transfer budget is not even remotely close to other teams, specially the salary gap is huge compared to even their closest rivals. So when you have that much more money, isn't it normal that they would become the champions every year? What should we do, punish the teams that have money?

The most important thing here is the three points. They might not have played well as you expected but I am sure they are returning home happy. Sometimes games with some low-placed clubs could be very difficult to win. In football especially in the top league, no club should be underrated because they can come up with a surprisingly good performance. Köln lost the game but I give some accolades because they made Dortmund suffer to get this win.

As you said Dortmund won the match after 90 minutes, because all i know Dortmund was leading the match right from the ending of first half and immediately they came back to second half they where able to add their second goal; because Cologne later equalized back one goal when the match was about to end.
