I can't say enough good things about Borussia Dortmund's performance, their defense was very weak against Hamburg and they were also weak in their possession. The main objective of every match is to get the full 3 points, Dortmund succeeded in their goal but I expected a better match from them at home. I rather enjoyed Hamburg's attacks, they didn't try to attack too much. However, their attacks and counterattacks were hitting the target again and again, they found 2 successful goals in 4 attacks. Their attacks were very strong which makes them a candidate for at least 1 point.

I did not watch the game live but from the stats, Dortmund conceded two goals in the first and only started recovering only at 70+ minutes. But I think you're being over optimistic here for saying they would probably become the best team in the UCL. I think the overall performances of both of the teams are very impressive. And Borussia Dortmund manage to win this match over Hamburg.  But in the start of the match Hamburg really started in an impressive way their energy level at its peak  and they are too good in while attack and defend themselves. The first half of the match was clearly describing that the match will end in the grand favour of Hamburg. But in the second half situation was completely changed and it was seem like that Hamburg is not even trying to attack a goal on Borussia Dortmund. And Dortmund took benefit of this situation and the match was ended by their side. I think Dortmund really needs more points to make their position strong or finish in the top position. Because Dortmund is preparing themselves to have a top position in the Bundesliga.

I remember Mainz being in the relegation zone a few months ago, while Frankfurt was competing for a European spot, now the situation has reversed, Mainz has recovered and improved its position in the standings, while Frankfurt continues to lose points, the gap between them is now only eight points, I no longer see Frankfurt ferocity, scoring numerous goals in every match, this defeat should be quite disappointing for Frankfurt.

Stuttgart was very effective in this match and I like open games like theirs. Augsburg also played well, just unlucky because Stuttgart defense was strong, I will be looking forward to Stuttgart next match, which should be an interesting one considering the opponents are Dortmund.

Frankfurt is 8 points behind Leverkusen, a gap I consider too wide to cover before  the end of the season, seeing that Frankfurt does not have that outstanding brilliance with their performance, they may not make it to the 6th position by displacing Leverkusen. Stuttgart be playing in a way that demonstrates they really did wished to be in the champions league and they are very likely to be next season.  Heidenheim is an average side and should not be a tough one for stuttgart to handle, except if stuttgart gets so unlucky and football happens.

At the start of the season, Mainz was in the relegation zone, but I didn't realize that they had improved their game & were getting good results. However, if we look at how the Mainz & Frankfurt match went, Frankfurt should have been more deserving of being the winner. I'm sure many will agree with me on that, however, it is what it is, the facts prove that Mainz was the winner.
