I don't quite understand what this means. The general idea is that Bayern is more selective than other clubs? I think this applies to all top clubs. Even if you look at what happened to Lewandowski, it's obvious that Bayern accurately assessed his "shelf life" - he had two good seasons in Barcelona, then age took its toll, and even when he maintained normal statistics, he missed too many chances. Kane also apparently has a couple of top seasons ahead of him, but he wants a long-term contract. Bayern are clearly looking for risk-free, one-year deals.

After Lewandowski left, Bayern brought in another top-class striker, Harry Kane, and he did very well. Lewandowski also had two very good seasons at Barcelona. At Bayern they know what they want and they also know how to win. We'll see how they behave in the new season and what results they will have.
Most of the top clubs in Europe are very selective when recruiting footballers but for a player like Harry Kane who's been very hardworking since he arrived the club I think it'll be fair to give him a contract that at least spans for two years.

He's been very prolific in the team, finishing last season as the player with most goals in any of the top five leagues in Europe and I think he's not slowing down anytime soon at least for the next two or three seasons.

Every team that has Harry Kane would want to renew his contract this moment based on his unfading form. Kane is only 33 years and can still comfortably take a 2 years contract at Bayern Munich even though the team is always being age conscious. Since his arrival at the club, he has won 3 consecutive league top score and he doesn't seem to be slowing down any moment. But then, Bayern Munich does not only think about form, they are very age conscious and because they trust their recruitment team to always find their perfect replacement, they don't worry about loosing any player especially since Lewandowski left the club to gain new experience in Laliga.
But I still don't think Kane will be leaving the club because he also loves it and team and earns well too. Contract extension until 2029 means he will be there until 35 and this is what fans around the world is waiting for so that the club will have more time to figure out complete replacement for him.

Personally if i were Bayern Munich, i wouldn't sell Kane now. It is true that in 2027 he will reach the age of 35, but a player of his caliber at 35 can still do very well, and he demonstrated it just last year, becoming the Bundesliga's top scorer and scoring every goal possible.
Do you know whether Bayern Munich have interest to sign another players and since the Kane is going to reach 35years in 2027 which is why they choose to sell him in order for them to sign more players. With the kind of the performances that Bayern Munich gave out at the end of last season, it prove that their players are still doing well.

But it will be good and help the team to be well standard if they have new signings players that will be their fresh blood, since almost all teams have signed players against the season that about to start.

Other teams signed players should'nt be a reason for Bayern Munich to also sign players. Bayern Munich is good and they don't have weak position they strong and they are in good form from the beggining to the end of the season,  so signing new player is not necessary as long as their current squad is good to go.

As for Kane is one of the key player in this team, and he keep doing great things for this team. I don't know why they want to sell because even at 35yrs Kane will still be good in his performance.

Every team generally wants to acquire new players during the transfer window. Because a season that goes very well for us might be considered a failure for them. We might not notice it, but they analyze the season based on the matches played, identifying areas where they need reinforcements or transfers. At the end of the season, they make transfers to fill those positions. I believe that every player transferred is part of a plan and will definitely be used to their best advantage for Bayern Munich next year.

This must have been well-evaluated based on the last season's performances. Injury is another factor, Are the player valuable and dependable? If they are not, they might be considered expendable. These, and many other factors determine their positions in handling their player base and feat for the new season.

They don't want to sell him, instead, they simply want a short-term employment contract with him. If they wanted to sell him, they would sign him to a long-term contract now (which he wants) and sell him in a year or two. Bayern are acting cynically, even in the case of Lewandowski, who became a club legend, they only offered him a one-year contract and when he refused, they sold him to Barcelona. Kane is in the same situation, Bayern don't want to gamble on what he will be like at 35, they are looking for the safe options.

Kane is in the same situation, Bayern don't want to gamble on what he will be like at 35, they are looking for the safe options.
Each team has their way of doing things and this has always been the way Bayern Munich approach contract situations with players getting old. Some 35 year old can still perform well but Bayern Munich doesn't like to risk that, if they can do it with Lewandowski then Kane won't be an exception. There's always something about Bayern Munich and strikers, they are always lucky with strikers and I am sure somehow they will get good replacement as usual.

They need to do a thorough evaluation to know what to do in the new season. This is not about buying players alone, but also loan out players and also sell players. This must have been well-evaluated based on the last season's performances. Injury is another factor, Are the player valuable and dependable? If they are not, they might be considered expendable. These, and many other factors determine their positions in handling their player base and feat for the new season.
They need to find a balance in the team by identifying the decision to made on each players. Which players needs to be replaced, which need to be loaned. Their transfers should also be based on their target for next season, if they want to win the champions league then they need to add good squad depth in case of injuries and reliable players.

As for Kane is one of the key player in this team, and he keep doing great things for this team. I don't know why they want to sell because even at 35yrs Kane will still be good in his performance.

There's no room for sentimentality at Bayern. They always try to find the most logical option. After Robert Lewandowski left, they signed English striker Harry Kane and had very productive seasons with him. I'm sure they can find another good striker to replace him when he leaves the team. From what I've seen, age is a very important criterion for Bayern Munich. No matter how good a player is, as they get older, there are certain standards that Bayern Munich doesn't change. They let go of players who don't meet these standards. Especially with low-paying and short-term contracts, they are essentially telling the player to leave the team. Robert Lewandowski continued his magnificent career with Barcelona after leaving Bayern Munich. He didn't live up to expectations last year, but he was very good until last year. Bayern Munich let him go even knowing this. So, there are some unchanging realities for Bayern Munich.

Even if what you've said were true for Bayern Munich, they already have a very strong squad. Without making major changes, Bayern is a team capable of winning both the Champions League and the Bundesliga again this year. Olise, Kane, and Diaz will score many goals again this year. I think they've been performing very well. Last year, their contribution was top-notch. If Bayern can achieve a similar performance this year, using their quality reserves and diversifying the squad, they can gain a significant advantage, especially in the Champions League. After all, Paris Saint-Germain played many of their Champions League matches with rested players. Therefore, the rotation squad needs to be as strong as the main squad.

Bayern Munich takes a highly rational approach regarding players over the age of 30, it makes no difference to them whether a player is a club legend or was the previous season's top scorer. This stance is part of the club's strategy to avoid being saddled with high-earning players aged 33 to 35 whose performance no longer justifies the cost. They treated Manuel Neuer and Müller that way previously, whereas Lewandowski was forced to be sold to Barcelona because he refused to extend his contract.

Bayern Munich is highly professional in its business dealings, the reason I describe Kane situation as a business matter for the club is their desire to protect the balance sheet. If Kane refuses to extend his contract, they could sell him for a high price, this would repeat the scenario that played out with Lewandowski. Given the reasons behind Kane move to Bayern Munich, he appears to have no issue with a short-term contract, at his current age, he can still play for a major club and add to his trophy collection, something he never achieved during his time with Tottenham.

There are just over 20 days until the matches begin. The first league match will be between Bayern Munich and Stuttgart. It could be a tough match because both teams will be playing their first game and will want to be ready for the league. There have been many times when big teams have dropped points in such matches, and although Bayern seems to be the favorite, Stuttgart could beat them in the first game. It's too early to say for sure, but Bayern Munich is always one of the biggest contenders for the Bundesliga title. Therefore, I think Bayern Munich will be the biggest title contender this year as well.
