Also because Lewandowski played in the Bundesliga the year he should have won it and it wasn't awarded to him, in my opinion in a crazy way, because he absolutely deserved to win it. This should be for next year awarding. for this year, I still think he deserves it, despite not winning the Champions league. He won the domestic league and reached semi-final for UCL, joined with 3rd place title in world cup and highest goal scorer in all competition. I believe it is a good statistics that can get him the award, other contenders didn't have a good personal record, despite the likes of Dembele winning UCL and Rodri winning World cup. I would really like Kane to have the award, he deserves it very well.
