I think what you mean is that they should be realistic and accept the situation without making any effort. If you look at the situation from above, you see Bayern's hegemony, but from a fairer perspective, you also need to consider the possibility of winning the championship. Borussia Dortmund should build a squad accordingly. They might even beat Bayern, we can't know for sure.

There are teams like Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen who, even if they fail to win the championship, or at least to be consistent with victories, can still be difficult teams to face, which can annoy Bayern Munich and make them lose precious points.

It's still irrelevant. 90% of the time it is about whether or not Bayern can give their best players breaks for the Champions League earlier in the season. If they win with five points advantage or 25 points advantage, all that counts is the title. It's only planning and that is why it would annoy them, but not threaten them. There are exceptions, like the season when Leverkusen taught them a lesson, but it is what it is: an exception.

Bayern sometimes doesn't have the best defense, in fact it was Dortmund who had the best defense, but Dortmund scored 70 goals and Bayern 122! That is a 52 goals difference, 1.5 goals per game more than Dortmund. It's just a joke and then there is another important thing: Bayern loses points when they can afford to lose them, it happens. But when they need to win, they win and this is so different from Dortmund. They did have some big opportunities last season and they missed out on every single one of them. It's almost boring to watch them lose big points all the time because you know it beforehand.

Leverkusen won't play a role this season. And Leipzig is in the middle of nowhere. Definitely good enough to qualify for the Champions League, and miles away from winning the title.

Seems no one pay attention to this.

Musiala collapsed on the pitch for the second time in space of four days during their pre season match. The first incident happened on Saturday when bayern Munich host Leipzig at Allianz arena. The second one happened just yesterday against Heidenheim. Bayern Munich won in both of these matches and Musiala had scored in one of the match too before he collapsed.

Although Musiala posted on his Instagram that he's fine and recovering. I wish he's fine and would be able to play along with his teammates in this new season.

https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c330kg5xm8no
After the first fainting spell, doctors attributed it to dehydration and heat stress, as the match was played at 33 degrees Celsius, which puts a lot of strain on the players. So if it had really happened once, it wouldn't have been so alarming. But when a player faints twice in a short period of time, it should raise suspicion. But Musiala wrote on his Instagram that he was fine, and doctors found nothing serious.

Borussia Dortmund is a team that develops enormous potential without ever worrying about making it perform at its best for its club. If they didn't only think about profiting from the various players they sell they would now find themselves with a formidable squad made up of truly formidable players and with more than concrete possibilities of being able to compete on every front.
I think one of the reasons Borussia Dortmund have these goals is because Bayern Munich invests a huge amount of money in developing their squad. And competing with a team like Bayern is incredibly difficult. So rather than waste their energy competing with Bayern, they prefer to spend it on finding new young talent and then selling them. I can't blame them for that, if they earn a huge amount of money and still continue to play in the Champions League, then I think that strategy is also very good.

Sometimes people also forget that football isn’t always about having big players in a club before the club gets to win a trophy, what matters most is teams spirit and the willingness of players to compete and fight together no matter the limited resources available to them. We have seen what happened in the league 2 or 3 seasons ago when Bayern Leverkusen won the league in style it was a total dominance in Bundesliga, winning it unbeaten throughout the season. These other clubs seem to be given up too easily even before the season starts, they are already tipping Bayern Munich to win the title which is a wrong mentality, I think this other clubs are giving Bayern Munich too much respect than they deserve and that’s why they can’t compete for the title.

Bayern Munich is definitely a strong team and it would not be wrong to say that they are the most deserving of winning the title at the moment. Because Bayern Munich has many good players and their performance and consistency are very good compared to all other teams. But yes, the point you raised is not to be dismissed at once. Because whenever a team thinks in advance that our opposite team is very strong and very good, we may not win with them. Whenever a team's players think like this about themselves, they may lose confidence and they seem to have accepted their defeat before the match starts. So it is never the right decision for every team to underestimate themselves.

It’s quite unfortunate for a young player with so much potential to be in this condition. The most recent news I read about him is that, he’s being advised by doctors to retire from professional football for his own safety. I don’t know how legit is the source of the news but I read something related to that this afternoon. And if it’s true then that really unfortunate for the young lad.

Honestly I do hope it’s a false news and await his return to his best, he’s one of the young players I like to watch, I will not want his career to be cut short like this. But if it’s true then I guess his life is also important.

This is a sad new for football not just Bayern Munich or Jamal Musiala’s family, he is a very good player with great potential, and a player almost every fan wants to watch playing due to his hardworking, dedication, skills, and ability to create chances.

When I saw the news four days back, I was sad and wished him quick recovery, but after seeing another one yesterday, I knew they will advise him to quit football and focus on his mental health which is good for the player, but his passion for football will lead him to go back to football because he is good and too young for this type of problem.

Nevertheless, I wish him quick recovery; I am sure the team will try their best to help him in this difficult times, and his family will also be concerned about him also. We will miss him on the pitch.

I don't think there will be any obstacles in the way of Bayern winning the title the following season because, at this point, we expect nothing less than for them to win the Bundesliga. They have a high level of consistency from the moment the season begins, and they are more focused on gaining points. Their squad alone is sufficient for us to understand that no one else will be able to stop them from winning. So most of their games are sure wins.

Even though we don't yet know what will happen, we know this season will be for Bayern, so it will be better for them to start accepting what is coming for them because I don't see any other squad that can match the energy that Bayern will be coming with. But we just have to understand the fact that the squad beats everything, and this is because there is no serious club in the league to match that kind of energy, so that is why we are colluding, because it is obvious who is winning.

I felt so bad for him, he is too young to quit now but it just have to happen. Just as you said, I pray it shouldn't be true about what you said. Yesterday when I saw the video of Musiala collapsing on the pitch, it wasn't funny because the way he was going down as if someone that was possessed and  later on when I heard that he is fine, I was happy for him. Musiala is a promising player for Bayern Munich that can contribute a lot to the team but such is life.

I am still waiting to hear the full news weather he has to quit completely, he will be remembered as a legend in the history of football not only Bayern Munich and Germany.

It has always been the same in the German league, so it’s of no point for someone to even think Bayern will have any issues winning the title again this season when they don’t have any strong contenders against them. The first seven fixtures of Bayern Munich aren’t teams that can stop them, I guess they’ll get atleast 15 points from these games.

Bayern Munich will play against Dortmund in the German Super Cup on Friday, Bayern are sure favorites to win the trophy but what do you think about that match? We saw PSG losing the French Super Cup to Lens on Sunday, can the same thing happen in the German Super Cup also?

However, Bayern Munich is the most stable team in the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich can maintain their balance very well. Before the 2023-24 season, Bayern Munich was the winner of the Bundesliga title for 11 consecutive times, Bayer Leverkusen won the title in the 2023-24 season, but after that Bayern Munich won the title for 2 consecutive times and now they are going to the field for their 3rd consecutive title. And besides, they win the title with a very good margin of points, last season Bayern Munich had 89 points while Borussia Dortmund was in second place with 73 points, that is, there was a margin of 16 points, and again in the 2024-25 season, Bayern Munich won the title with a margin of 13 points. So I think Bayern Munich will win this season too. Although not sure, but Bayern Munich is the only most likely team for the Bundesliga title.

I don't see any risk for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga for the upcoming season, they will win the Bundesliga in the upcoming season as well. But the complications for them could arise in the Champions League, although they don't have any worthy competitors in the Bundesliga, there are strong competitors in the Champions League like Arsenal, Barcelona, PSG, Real Madrid and Manchester City. To win the Champions League title, they will have to beat one of these teams, which will not be easy at all.
In the Bundesliga, I don't see any team of the same caliber that can challenge Bayern Munich for the title. Teams like Lens and Borussia Dortmund might be able to do it if they try their best, but they never try their best. Lens tried and succeeded during Xabi Alonso's time, but that was limited to one season.

~

It has always been the same in the German league, so it’s of no point for someone to even think Bayern will have any issues winning the title again this season when they don’t have any strong contenders against them. The first seven fixtures of Bayern Munich aren’t teams that can stop them, I guess they’ll get atleast 15 points from these games.

Bayern Munich will play against Dortmund in the German Super Cup on Friday, Bayern are sure favorites to win the trophy but what do you think about that match? We saw PSG losing the French Super Cup to Lens on Sunday, can the same thing happen in the German Super Cup also?

As for the first part, if they only get 15 points out of the first seven matches, it would be close to a catastrophe for them given what kind of team they have. That would either mean two losses or four wins and three draws. I would seriously bet against that. I now had a look and why exact,y are you mentioning the first seven fixtures when that includes Leipzig and Dortmund and you say those are the teams that can't stop them? If anyone, then it is those two teams. Stuttgart will get obliterated as it is never very funny to begin a season away from home against Bayern... Leipzig and Dortmund are fixture 5 and 8 (sorry not seven then, it is eight) and both are home games. If this season is going to be a boring one, Bayern will lead by nine points after eight games.

These Super Cups, no matter in which league, never provide the full picture of the form of the top teams. It has to do with mental things as well. The superstars don't take these games as seriously whereas the underdogs see it as a real chance to win a title. I really hope for the sake of excitement that there will be surprises. There is nothing worse than Bayern leading by 15 points at season halftime. I don't even think this is fun for a Bayern fan. The best titles have always been those last second goals or wins that gave one team the edge over the other. That is what you really remember.

I think the low level of competition in the Bundesliga is precisely what allows them to focus more on the Champions League, and the competition in the Bundesliga is truly very low for them. I think teams like Dortmund and Leipzig have slightly different goals. Bayer likely lack the financial resources to compete adequately with Bayern, and a Bundesliga team only has a chance of winning the title if Bayern faces a crisis.

Bundesliga teams are not ready to claim the league title from Bayern Munich and it is really a very boring thing to do. When we thought that Borussia Dortmund will be challenging Bayern Munich in the fight for the league title but along the line, Borussia Dortmund started doing business with their top players by selling them when they have been built by the club. Leipzig was also ready to go toe to toe with Bayern Munich but all of a sudden they lost interest and started doing same business that Borussia Dortmund have been doing for years. Now tell me why Bayern Munich will not continue to dominate the Bundesliga when they don't have rivals. Bayern Munich concern is in the Champions League since it's been a long time when they won the UCL. If they want to win the Champions League then they will need to sacrifice the Bundesliga so that all their attention and energy will be channeled to the Champions League games.

During the first phase where he fainted and Sabairi rush to helped, everyone overlooked it because the medicals mentioned and pointed stress due to the hot weather, inside me I felt they were hiding something but the second phase happen again and this time, the weather was in good shape, there was absolutely nothing to hide anymore.

I don't know why bad things always happen to good people. Jamal Musiala is one of the finest Bayern Munich players, he's more seen to be the future of the club but with the recent development about neurological dysfunction, I don't think Jamal Musiala will be able to live up to the full extent of this expectations.

When a match is played in 33 degrees Celsius, it definitely affects the players. There is a high chance of dehydration and heat stroke, if the doctors claim so, then this is what happened in Musiala's case. Such an effect on Musiala is very unfortunate, especially losing consciousness twice in a match, which is bad for the team and the player. However, since various tests did not find anything serious, it is good for him. However, I think playing matches in excessive temperatures really makes the players physically uncomfortable. Musiala will have to be more fit to play in the next match, he has recovered after a long time and his physical condition will be better.

Borussia Dortmund has signed yet another new midfielder. Dutch national team player Joey Veerman is joining Dortmund from PSV Eindhoven for a transfer fee of 22 million euros. Veerman has signed a contract with Dortmund that runs through the summer of 2031.

and Niklas Füllkrug will play for Werder Bremen again this season. Werder Bremen will sign Füllkrug on loan from the English relegated team West Ham United.

As we know, Dortmund is a team that has always had an eye for this type of offer. It is a team that focuses a lot on young talents and on the resales of various players. Players like Lewandowski, Bellingham and Haaland have passed through there. As a result, you certainly can't say that Borussia Dortmund don't have an eye for talented young players.
