Elversberg is gradually becoming a formidable team in the Bundesliga, they almost held the champions to a draw in their first between both teams this season. Normally, Bayern Munich were supposed to load this team but so far they have refused to bow in the league despite just coming into the top division. I think they are the only relegation team that's doing well in the league. They beat Bayern Leverkusen in their opening match, beat Borussia M'gladbach from behind in their second match to record 2/2, I'm sure if it were not against Bayern Munich today, they would have probably won. This team is really doing well and they are not acting like a team that just got promoted into the lead.

I don't know if I am the only one doubting Bayern Munich this season; they are not a stronger side this season. They are supposed to be stronger this season compared to last season, but from the performances we have seen so far in the Bundesliga this season, Bayern Munich has lost form. They have already dropped two points in the league so far and it was not against a bigger opponent. They have now given room for Dortmund to try their luck this season because they already won their first three matches, and from their performance, they are also set for the season.

I was expecting Bayern Munich to score at least three goals, but they were only able to score two goals, but they did the job by winning against Elversberg, who have yet to lose a single match until this one. They are a very strong side and can try to qualify to play in Europe next season.

I know, I know, you will now say it wasn't close, but of course I didn't expect Elversberg to win 1-3 in a solid way. It was obvious that this could come down to a lucky punch and even though I lost the bet, I have to say that this result is still not the worst for Elversberg. It's quite telling if they know they can defend well enough to not go home 0-5 against a team like Bayern. They can beat other teams in the Bundesliga, so no need to beat Bayern in order to achieve a very good overall result for the season.

Compare that to the catastrophic clubs like Hamburg (more or less the biggest city close to me), or Gladbach. Elversberg is doing well and unless some of the higher rated clubs quickly recover, I don#t why Elversberg would get into trouble regarding relegation.

Bayern is significantly weaker if they don't field their best eleven players and I think that is somehow concerning. The bench should have more impact than they currently do. Kompany has no choice in those second halves when he rotates but to bring all the best players into the match or otherwise they are likely to lose crucial points in the early season. It was a one way match like it was against Schalke, but those bench players can't score those goals as it seems.

Michael Olise's nonchalant macho guy act in interviews is just refreshing to watch.

This should be one favorite thing I like about Michael Olise. Many misunderstand his attitude as nonchalant but he honestly does not care about a lot of things, and that's his character. Many are trying to force the narrative that he is a lazy player and acts unprofessional in some cases but you can't possibly tell anyone how to act right?

His performance on the pitch is top notch and that should be the focus, its obvious that he early does not like interviews but his performance will always attract one, which explains his lack of interest during post match interviews.

After that interview, I just started realising that he hardly grants interview even during his shining days at crystal palace. If he was a media guy, maybe he could have been seen and rated so high before now. But one thing I love about him is his focus while on the pitch and jokes apart, he definitely shoots and it enters. He plays the ball with ease and announces himself without stress on the pitch. I like his Nonchalance especially when the interviewer was attempting to make him praise his brilliance with the ball.

Some other players would have used that opportunity to give themselves the accolades but his reply was simple, anybody else can score goals". Michael Olise is loved and he knows it so there's no point to get distracted by the media. Some media personalities are calling for him to apologise for such nonchalant attitude, but I can tell that his fanbase must have grown after that interview. I have always loved him since his crystal palace days but I now love him the more.

I will say it’s just the start of the season and personally I wouldn’t be Carried away by the recent performance of certain clubs yet most especially the like of Dortmund because let’s be sincere how many seasons have they usually have this great start only to actually bottle it up later?

Yes Bayern Munich have seriously started the season very late but should we all agree that fatigue might be the cause since most of their players were in the World Cup plus in this game they were up against Elversberg who have been flying ever since they got promoted. Among the matches starting in a few hours, Leipzig will be looking to bounce back from their defeat against Como, especially after suffering a heavy loss in the Champions League. Leipzig is certainly the favorite in this match. Although HSV may not appear to be the favorite, we know that anything can happen early in the season, the league has only just begun, and players are still settling in.

 As for the other match, I expect an easy and comfortable victory for Bayern Munich.

I personally believe that Hamburger SV will be crushed by RB Leipzig in this upcoming match. And this match will be a great opportunity for Leipzig to bounce back. In their most recent head-to-head matchup RB Leipzig managed to defeat Hamburger SV by a close margin goal even though the game was played at the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg. And that only strengthens my conviction that RB Leipzig will completely dominate this match. They certainly don’t want to get off to a rough start this season so they’ll fight hard to earn all three points. And I’m confident they’ll win this match against Hamburger SV by giving it their all. On the other hand HSV’s offense looks terrible considering that they haven’t scored a single goal so far this season, where they seem to be in very poor form. And their offense line looks highly unreliable. As for Bayern Munich I’m convinced that they simply cannot be beaten by a lower-tier team like Elversberg. Bayern Munich is a team with a winning mentality boasting many players of exceptional quality compared to other teams in the Bundesliga. And their remarkable dominance in the Bundesliga over the past few seasons has proven that they are a team that’s very difficult to match.

Yeah but like, bounce back from what exactly. They were beaten in the Champions League on Thursday night by Como.  They then headed home and had just two and a half days before this game.  And their best midfielder was sitting out injured. The guy who is the glue for them in the middle. You would not expect a car with three wheels to do the same without him.

I saw that Como game. Leipzig was not just outplayed. They were exposed on transitions time and time again. The same two or three goals were in the same scenario. High defensive line, ball gets played over the top. And suddenly Como are in on goal. So it is not like the issues magically disappeared in 64 hours.

HSV were awful, I am not arguing that. No goals in, rock bottom. Leipzig won 5-0 sure. Three of those goals came after the 70th minute when Hamburg just fell apart completely. Now they had done to Mainz as well.

It seems obvious to me that Kompany is trying to give some key players a rest during Bundesliga matches. This indicates that the Champions League will likely be Bayern's main objective this season. I believe Kompany realizes they will probably wrap up the Bundesliga title early once again, that is why he has been rotating the squad in league games for two consecutive rounds now. And even Elversberg played very well in the opening two rounds, Bayern managed to beat them without fielding their strongest lineup.

Anyway, yes all jokes aside Elversberg shouldn't be underestimated.
If they can keep the momentum a bit longer they certainly won't be in the battle for relegation.

Normally I would agree that when a small team faces Bayern, they would play more defensively.

They're a difficult side to face, most especially when they play at home. I saw that during one of the home games they played. I was wondering if it had to do with inconsistency and drop in form as a result of fatigue but it is not. The host were just too stubborn during the first half and even when Bayern Munich had the lead, they made a late attempt to share the spoils. I didn't bank on goals, I went for hist to convert 2.5 corners and they did just that.

I think it is safe to say that Harry Kane deserves the Ballon d'Or because he has won more trophies than Kylian Mbappe and also scored more goals. The both of them are lined up for the award.

Bayern 5 - 1 Stuttgart (in this game, Bayern scored the number of goals we’re used to seeing; that was the "normal" Bayern)

Schalke 0 - 0 Bayern (this is where the drop in Bayern's attacking performance began; failing to score against Schalke was very strange)

Elversberg 1 - 2 Bayern (in this game, Bayern's attack was weak again; they scored two goals and conceded one, but we’re talking about a match against an opponent from the second division. Honestly, I expected an easy win)

Based on the results of these first three games, I see Bayern having a somewhat weak and worrying start to the season. I’m even afraid to bet on them because bookmakers offer low odds in Bayern's favor, yet the matches show that winning isn't actually that easy for them. That’s why I’m not betting on Bayern for the time being. With 7 points and sitting in fourth place, the coach will start under pressure, as they will have to pray they don't make any more mistakes and also hope that the top teams slip up. It is not the right time to start doubting a team like Bayern Munich. It is just the beginning of the season and how many Bundesliga matches have they played? Just three matches. They won two out of the three matches played and one was a draw, which I think happens once in a while when playing against weak teams. No matter how strong a team may be, it is likely going to face one or two stubborn teams that will be very defensive, so I see that as a normal thing.Assuming they had lost two matches out of the three they have played, I would start doubting them as well. But with the results they have gotten so far, it does not mean that Bayern Munich are not in great form. In the Bundesliga, they hardly mess up against strong opponents, so I still have confidence in Bayern Munich as the favorite team. I don't see Dortmund having that much of a chance this season.

We expected an easy win from Bayern Munich in yesterday's match, but is Elversberg's defense so strong? That despite so much attacks, but the final result of the match was only a 1-2 win? I expect at least 3-4 goals from them, especially when the match is against a weak team, but what was Bayern's second match in the Bundesliga? A 0-0 draw against Salkech, meaning no goals. They played so well in the Champions League match, Bodø/Glimt were a good team but Bayern beat them 5-0, but I don't understand why they can't score normally here. No doubt that SV Elversberg can become a formidable team after energy they have displayed in their first 3 matches but what will slow down their performance could be conceding many goals they have scored 8 goals and conceded 7, it is not too good for a team that wants to build a fighting mentality. However, their performance against Mönchengladbach was top-notch because winning from a 3:1 behind to a 3:4 at full time even with a red card is something that doesn't happen often in football games. SV Elversberg also Challenged Bayern Munich by equalizing the score before they were subdued to a 2:1 defeat. SV Elversberg should continue with their bravery and of course they can retain being in the Bundesliga for another season.

You could be the only one doubting Bayern Munich for me i still believe they are going to win the Bundesliga tittle again, they might start poorly this season but it doesn't mean they can't still win the tittle, the season hasn't gone far i know they will still pick up form and start winning teams with high goal margin.

Of course Bayern Munich has been the dominant team in the Bundesliga so it is understandable why everyone still think that they will win the title despite a slight drop in their performance. Harry Kane is a goalscoring machine, if you watched him at Tottenham you will know that he has won the top goalscorer of the Premier League about 3 times even though he didn't score so much goals then but he can still achieve a close range if he's playing in one of the tough leagues.

Bayern Munich got all 3 points at Elvesberg but they worked so hard for it. They're still the favourites to win the title because they're just 2 points behind but if they lose more points and leave a huge gap from the team at the top of the league then their chances will begin to narrow down.

Kane is an exceptional player, even during his time in the Premier league with Tottenham, he was a goal hunter but was never recognized because he won no trophies. If he could perform in a team like Tottenham, he will definitely perform in every other league.

Bayern play wonderful football even in the league matches and European games, there's no doubt that they are bigger than the Bundesliga and in major competition with top European clubs in the EPL and La Liga. It will bring me so much joy that they win the Champions league this season, Vincent Kompany deserves the win.

So far, in the 3 matches played in the Bundesliga only two teams have managed to get full points and remain unbeaten, which are Dortmund and Freiburg. So with the Bundesliga still long, losing two points is nothing for Munich because they can catch up in the standings, especially when Munich faces Dortmund and Freiburg, they can get points.

I mean Munich still has a chance to overtake Dortmund and Freiburg. Especially since so far there are no signs of any team being able to compete with Munich, and Munich has a luxurious squad which makes it easier for them to rotate players to maintain fitness until the end of the season. You could say Munich's current squad is prepared to face the UCL competition, so winning the Bundesliga trophy for them isn’t something difficult.

For some reason I feel that Bayern Munich is not playing with their full force in Bundesliga match yet. You would understand this if you watched their Champions League round against Bodø & Glimt. In that match Bayern played their signature class of football and confirmed resounding 5-0 win. However in Bundesliga they failed to score against Schalke. Match against Elversberg was not comfortable either they only managed narrow 2-1 win.

Even after three week, Munich has not yet managed to claim top spot. While Freiburg and Dortmund have won all three of their match, Munich has won two. Freiburg and Dortmund are putting in strong performances. Path to securing the title for Kompany will not be easy this season.

If he had played in a competitive league like La Liga or the Premier League, his goal tally would have been a little lower, but not by much. He is a talented player and he scores goals based on his talent. It would be unfair to make the league the main thing here and not respect his talent. His performance at Tottenham was also great and Tottenham was a terrible team at that time. He was a goal machine in the Premier League too.

It is natural that many will question the quality of the league behind his success at Bayern Munich. But he has regularly proven his talent in the World Cup, the Champions League and other major European competitions. So it would be wrong to say that Harry Kane could not have scored goals if he had played in the Premier League.
