So if BTC price cant break trough 1200 EUR it is a sign that we go down to lower prices :

http://stockwinners.com/Information/ChartReading

figure 20

This is because of the inverted cup and handle patern

and that means that we are going to see a patern like figure 13 ?

Figure 13: Anatomy of a Head and Shoulders Pattern

If it breaks trough 1200 EUR it is a very bullish sign.

Figure 24: Pennant breakout on Mindspring Ent. (MSPG). Note that the MACD is also turning bullish. Because the Pennant is completed.

it will be less bloody if both camps agree to Segwit + 2MB HF

not going to happen. segwit + BU, maybe. But probably also that: a NONO.

So dash, xmr, eth and/or whatever other shitcoin manages to get enough hype behind it will be bubbling to #1 crypto at some point (bitcoin dominance < 50%... seems unthinkable now, but just wait a year or so)

This makes me sad.

Hi molecular ?

Can you recommend a read (long ones too) that summarize the core BU VIa BTC debate?

With all the pros and cons of each side

Thanks

Not really a pro/con article, but a piece that describes the differences in understanding of what Bitcoin is (should be?) and how it works pretty well is The two theories of Bitcoin by Mengerian. It's pretty unbiased, too.

To tell the pros and cons of the 2 approaches is really hard (I find) because it's largely unknown what will happen in each case. It's a little bit like 2 religions fighting.

Also, aside from the pros and cons of the approaches themselves, I think the effect on the market will be dictated by the way in which the two sides hammer it out (not good at the moment / for the foreseeable future).

I have set my invalidation point at $1298.

If we break it then we are still in a wave 5 that has not concluded

How's possible all altcoins to be SO bullish and BTC can't even break $1200-1300?

Altcoins look bullish because whales are pumping alt coins right now.

So now BTC looks bearish and ETH , Dash and alts are taking off.

Soon, BTC will drop, to fit the narrative that people are moving their dough to alts because bitcoin is not 'adapting'

This used to happen 8 months ago regularly. In fact, people on this forum tracked the correlations of pumps and dumps in altcoins with that of BTC.

Any way, this is all a smokescreen. Buy alts at your own risk.

Sell BTC.

Wait ti buy back lower.

It is not about the number of nodes.

It is about *sentiment*

The mere act of causing a stir and uproar is enough to be bearish because markets are irrational. For example, the press and MSM could easily pick up this story and spin it into a story about the death of bitcoin. Doesn't matter if true or not, but it will impact market.

The opposite of this would be when price was going up and all media was pumping BTC saying BTC new gold bla bla bla. And that too drove markets up .

So BU crashing does not mean hard fork bad taste is over.

If you look at the industry, garvin and jgarzik are still on the hard fork camp to lift capacity. SO HF drama is not over

I have $168 on bitstamp

I am waiting for $300 worth of BTC next week

And i get BTC from the ad below every week.

I will buy in at $800.

For the record, my style is to trade large swings with as much capital as i can.

Until the day i see wave 3 is imminent, then will fully go in.

I trade for clients.

so when a nice sweet juicy trade sets up, i pick up the phone and call in money.

Buy, Hold, Sell at the top. Repeat.

BTC is easy to trade. I do not trade leverage, so maybe why.

This is also not my full time job, but someday, when BTC becomes more popular in my country, i want to set up a BTC Hedge fund.

Enjoy while I'm here

Why would you even talk about pure trash like scam Dash? Ethereum is just a fancy looking token but not much worth in the end. Now its just hyped because of JP morgen and Microsoft. When they are pulling back ethereum collaps.

I do not trade altecoins

I chose one digital asset and decided to master it.

I wish there was a thread on ETH like this one, maybe i would reconsider.

I am yet to find a great thread or expert on ETH charts.

Does any one know someone or some place?
