Yes very important to us that paper money coz we use it everyday in our daily living. And paper money can not lost it coz we need that.

Indeed it will need a machine. How do you transact everything thru bitcoin? There is no physical thing right? You will need either a cellular phone with an internet connection or a computer. That is still a machine.

Bitcoin is a threat but not a big threat, bitcoin is a very small currency compared to the paper money that we are using now, although we are going to the digital world but the government does not eradicate paper money because they know there are people who cannot adopt the digital world.

As an option, you could use a Bitcoin payment card, though it would still require a centralized payment processor to process transactions. I guess that even if there is no more fiat (not speaking of paper money), the existing infrastructure could already be used for that with a few minor mendings. Anyways, this seems to be the direction offline Bitcoin payments have followed. If paper money is gone, there is no need for ATM's anymore either...

Bitcoin is a threat but not a big threat, bitcoin is a very small currency compared to the paper money that we are using now, although we are going to the digital world but the government does not eradicate paper money because they know there are people who cannot adopt the digital world.

And the fact is Government will never support bitcoin and allow it to get on the mainstream and replace its national currency and even people will prefer to use bitcoin only as a secondary currency.

China is a large economy with one of the highest growth rates in the world... and that is because they are transition from a developing to developed economy.

I think paper money could be replaced with digital money and plastic and even a recourse based economy at some point in our human evolution but it will take time for this to happen. The whole banking and financial system that is currently in place now would really need a serious overhaul in my opinion.

Paper money gives us comfort to transact as everyone can use money to transact even kids, therefore the majority and the government would not allow to replace it by a digital currency, we are still having a convenience using paper money despite of the fact that digital currency is the trend now.
