I think I know what is your problem. I assume you paid with credit card and after 30+2 days your balance did zero but you did not receive payout, correct?



If this is the case then unfortunately there was no detail about it:

No. They didn't fix anything. They are still scamming people. Btw they never refound anyone who has been scammed by their contracts.

We don't even know where they mine (I'm not talking from a "Geographic" point of view : which pool are they using ? which blocks did they mine ?) Nothing is public.

I was a customer. So yes I know what I'm talking about. I lost money there. And I didn't get any refund. It was like 2-3 years ago. I warned them I would create a thread and keep it updated. It takes me just a few minutes per week so I'm ok saving other naive people some money by doing so.

If you need prove just read first post / their facebook / posts along this thread / other threads about them / the "trust" feedbacks on their profile. It should be enough.

Every one is sharing their opinions about genesis mining but people are getting paid are not giving any positive feedback to the company because only negative noise will make more sound when compared to positive.

I'd go even a step further and say Genesis Mining is a fraud.

I recently ordered a 100MH/s 2 year contract, and their ETH ouput is very bad. Before I complained the ETH output, I got ~ 70MH/s (average over longer period), after complaining about the inefficiency of their miners, the output increased to about the capabilities of a 80MH/s rig (thats one I actually have at home, so I can compare that quite good), but this was only 2 days ago.
The etherscan.io mining calculator they are refering to alsoc calculates much higher output than Genesis actually does.
Additionally sometimes payouts or achieved ETH are missing a day (even though internally added to the ETH balance) and the initial payout (when paying via CC you get your first payout after ~ 30day) is never shown in the stats. So their stats is basically useless.

Was trying to quit my 2 years contract, but support always writes standard respones.
