I think you can. but maybe you need big bankroll and play smart. If i have big bankroll i will do it more safely and play smart.
my last long bet is around 5bitcoins win from 0.5btc. it's quiet big for me and because greedy i lose it all.
That's not safe at all to be greedy. You should learn to have some self control and gamble in moderation. |

Gambling can be profitable in the long run but it requires a strict discipline that's hard to achieve. It requires strict bankroll management that takes into account the variance that might be encountered along the way. One would have to "not gamble" but only play in those situations where the expected value is positive (+EV) and avoid those situations, ALWAYS, that have a negative expected value....even when one's heart is pounding and one has that "feeling" that they're gonna get lucky this time. Always avoid negative expected outcomes and one will profit in the long run. It's not easy though....it's all work!

that can be said of any game, but the fact is, there arent many gambling games out there that have a skill or knowledge factor, theyre mostly pure luck. there are some games such as poker, but you need to be a clear cut better than your opponents to win consistently, and thats something much easier said than done. |

A casino isn't there to lose their money, it's there to earn yours.  |

I think no , if you are playing dice sites , but can be for sports book.
Dice sites are designed to make you loose till you are empty and from my experience you can win small $ from dice sites but whenever you will roll a dice with big money you will mostly lose.
things are not same with sports book , winning and loosing in sports-book is universal and outcome is transparent.

As long as your winnings are bigger than losses you should be okay. |

Not really, suppose someone wants to win 0.0001 BTC then I guess is pretty simple given that he has at least 0.02 BTC or more. He would easily win 0.0001 unless he gets too unlucky.But yes you must set goals then only you can achieve them, playing for winning site's bankroll is not the best idea. Correct.

Gambling doesn't mislead, its the approach towards it, that leads to wrong things. If you gamble for fun, its good. If you gamble small, its good. |

As long as your winnings are bigger than losses you should be okay. Note the in the long run. If you keep playing, mathematically, you will lose the house edge. i.e if you play infinite amount of times, with 1% house edge, you will win 49.5% while house wins 50.5% |
