maybe something big will comes, we never know, however community with donation is stronger then the ico, because people who involve really take it seriously to the project not only short term profit,

look at ppy, ppy will going big, the donation only got 500k$ at those time..

but the apps and development really good, i have downloaded their apps ho

Sounds like you're talking about Monero back in 2015.

I started mining it, well have all set for over night but so far managed only my CPU mining. Getting a strange alert for when try GPU mine. I think will be solved when they get new driver or I will have to play a bit more. But I should mine my first AEON pretty soon

I have been mining and holding for months. Now the attention is on aeon and its got a better price more people will be mining, maybe making it hard to earn, and potential for people to keep dumping it. Aeon has a small circulating supply so it could double from here, even more, not sure what the total supply is, anyone know? If aeon gets used to buy actual goods somewhere it could go way higher, a few dollars even. But without that I doubt it. It is a good project, like monero but faster and lower fees. Hopefully the dev keeps at it and it grows more.

@Fantum. I speculate that there will be big demand for anonymous cryptocoins in the future. Monero will be the main beneficiary of this because it is one of the most popular anonymous coins in the market, and that might bring it to new highs. Aeon therefore will also benefit because of its close ties with Monero.

Charting update. We are still in a good position with Aeon. The panic selling has ended and there is a good whale investor who is supporting the price by disallowing it to fall below 20k satoshis.

I have noticed the higher bid orders whenever he is around. Thank you sir.

Now that it's finally up, Bittrex has the wallet in maintenance mode and none of my sell orders aren't being executed.  Same thing is going on with Quatloo at the moment.

Thanks.  I like the way anyone can mine Aeon with Minergate.  I am trading in a low capacity many coins, but enjoy supporter growing communities like this one.  I've also learned the value of holding and not just going for the 10 to 30 percent quick gains.

Trading has gone flat again but is now moving at .00025 - .00030, is there a chance for it to move back down to .00020? I want to start buting again but I am afraid of a flash crash.

Bittrex has a large number of coins that are not being maintained by their staff.  Why are these same coin wallets working on other exchanges?  This is really nuts.

Who bought up a lot of Aeon only to make it drop down again to the previous range? He must have gotten very excited into thinking that the market will follow him. But the longterm range still is looking ok. It is a time of gradual buying so make the best of it while you can.

the coin will jump when other is in blood bath, no one knows what happen, but if there is whale buying in a big ammount thats mean there will be something big coming, it is happened many times in crypto

That might be one reason but other reasons include a trader who bought at the top who is also getting desperate and is now trying pump the price back up thinking the market will follow him. But as an Aeon holder I hope the reason is what you said.

I want to know what Aeon holders think. Several hours ago we have seen another big pump to 48k satoshis. This has been only 1 of 3 pumps in under a month. Some say that maybe someone knows something, but if they really did why crash the price back down again leaving new bagholders stuck with their coins?

Maybe someone expects/knows that rebase is coming soon and with it some price action. I think it must just be expectation though, because only smooth knows when rebase will happen, and I doubt he is looking to buy up a few btc worth and try to dump afterwards...but who knows really.

@jwinterm. I speculate the code rebase might not happen in 3 or 4 months assessing from what he said in the official Aeon thread. I also do not understand the high expectations after the rebase unless smooth integrates LMDB in the same upgrade.
