@bbc.reporter, I suspect a good time to buy will be coming in the next month or so. We can't have a bull run forever. I speculate 25k(ish) Satoshis should be a fair price in the channel.

@boomboombazookajeff. I agree. I speculate we will see a wave of sellers caused by disappointment from the slowness of development of the code rebase. Smooth has said that he is auditing the first candidate submission. I predict that it will not pass the smooth standard and we will be back to nothing all over again.

@comp. Was the slb the first one to do a code submission a candidate code rebase? I reckon it was another developer.

Hello Aeon lovers, some of you might be starting to doubt if our small little coin will follow the footsteps of Monero. In truth the answer to that is I do not know. I am sure that most of you do not like to hear the truth but someone has to say it and it is for you to decide if you still want to be with us in our journey.

But there is some good news. Aeon is still in its longterm range and it always finds its way back in that range whenever it either goes too much down or too much up. I reckon we will see it touch the lower trendline once again in a few weeks.

@overboost. You bought too early. Aeon is not going anywhere with the whole market starting to become a little bearish. If I was planning on buying more coins, I would place my bids on 25k to 30k satoshis. I reckon that would be the best and safest entry.

I have most buy orders at 30k, i agree according to TA it should go lower.

Aeon is a great coin that could be the child of monero in the future. They are a great anon coin and doing the same thing like monero, the only difference is that they are focused on the mobile market! The mobile market explodes and the people will look for anon stuff to secure theirself!

@overboost. You should know that there is a possibility that Aeon will not go down that low, but if you think like a trader and want to take the least risk with the maximum reward, 25k - 30k satoshis is the best range to buy.

@megadeth. That is a market maker or someone trying to play the role. I reckon the whales will be waiting for Aeon to hit support before buying.

Also if someone tries selling on that buy wall to take it out, the bidder will remove it like he or she did in the past. The same with his or her sell wall.

Do you think AEON will really get anywhere? I mined a few AEONs before the difficulty ramped up, and I'm currently holding them, but the rebase is taking a lot of time and many other coins are already taking the mobile market. Indeed, much popular (read "with a lot of marketing") ones like Electroneum had a mobile wallet from the very beginning. And others very promising like DeepOnion have already made a demo of it, and are about to release it.

I like the concept behind AEON, but with only smooth as front developer and the time it's taking... I believe it's gonna stay as a testbed for Monero more than any other thing.

Any comments will be very welcome, I must admit that after reading you I'm tempted to come back to AEON mining

Looks like volume has finally picked up again here. I think a lot of FOMO buyers right now too. Definitely a good time to HODL.

Volume last few days is low $100-200k. It is 4 times lower then it was average in January.  All volume was $22 millions.    But it would be stupid to expect right now when all cons have much lover volume for AEON to reach numbers it had in beginning of month.
