Bank or Bitcoin Wallet?

A bank is more safe to have your money on ofcourse but if you like to manage your own money and be the own boss over your money with as much freedom as possible then go for bitcoin wallet cause thats the most freedom in a valuta your going to find.

The big difference between bank and bitcoin wallet is that banks are only for good people without a track record of crime committed or a criminal, if you save your money in the bank and you are involved in money laundering the bank can easily freeze your account and that is all gone, in bitcoin wallet it does not matter.

Bitcoin wallet is better than the bank in my opinion purely because you get more freedom. Bitcoin wallet are also very safe from what I know.
Ofcourse putting money on the bank also has its benefits but I am not a fan of borrowing the bank money and not getting or barely getting rent.

I would choose Bitcoin wallets to save and secure my botcoins earned.  I find the wallets are well secured. I do use banks when I exchange the BTC into fiats. I keep the btc in my wallet as long as I find a hike in price. If its reasonable I exchange it to fiats. Both are well secured in terms of security.

I would like it very much if there is something like a bank in bitcoin, where you deposit the BTC and get a stable interest on it like usual banks, I wouldn't be using it to send my transactions though and would use a normal wallet.. a bank is not with decentralization but useful for users..

People are happy with Bitcoin that it offers them the opportunity to own their money for once, and you are hoping for an institute where your money is being controlled by something other than yourself, just because it will allow you to earn a tiny bit of interest....

I have both, a wallet and a bank account. And I'm glad that i is that way.
If I had to choose I would surly take the bank account.
The number of places where bitcoins are accepted are just way too low.
Bitcoin as a payment system is not that far yet.
Maybe it will be one day, but still that is going to take some years.

with bitcoin wallet the safety depend on the user themselves and how they can manage it,if the users just too lazy to setup the possible security option so they shouldn't expect the safety while bank match well for those who need safety but don't have time to manage it but having disadvantages,it's freedom

If I were to choose between bank or a bitcoin wallet, Ill choose bitcoin wallet because of two reasons. The first reason is because bitcoin doesn't require you to reveal your identity. It does not have a requirement that is hard to get just an internet or a smartphone or pc connected to internet. It is also more likely to get big interest on your investments in bitcoin than it bank, that's why I prefer bitcoin wallet over bank.

I dont agree! our bitcoin wallets are not really secured as what you are thinking because it could be hack or someone will scam you unlike banks it is really secure they are really set up to counter all those bad things unlike bitcoin it is just new not really good so id o prefer bank over bitcoin.

Everything you say is true, but it also depends on the requirements on everyone. Sometimes the needs of one person to one that's different. So we have to see first what problems are being encountered. think more complex more profitable, than think fast

that's why you should place the security of your devices that you run your clients from very seriously. if your security is top notch, and you have enough backups, then nothing will happen with your coins. never download random stuff from the internet without verifying you are really dealing with software from a legit company. never connect to open wifi networks, and the list goes on. basic security.

I do have both, currently i cant just have bitcoin, besides being a small ammount im saving a part of my salarie at the bank, even knowing that bitcoin can bring me better results then the savings at the banks, but for now i need to reach the emergency funds, then i can moove invest at bitcoin.

That is right. The fiat is inflationary, the value will decrease over the time. The bitcoin is just the opposite.

The average joes don't seem to care since they are saving more money than every before. They either don't know that there is a tool such as Bitcoin that can offer a great escape from seeing their fiat wealth decreasing and decreasing, or they simply don't care. I think both outcomes are equally as bad.

I prefer a bank rather than bitcoin because in my opinion, the bank is better and safer to keep money than bitcoin. Besides, the bank is a financial institution official, so it is really very safe

Bank and BTC wallet,there's room for cash and BTC,it all depends on your preferences but I think they have their place and you have to have either of them,I think that's neccessary and it will be somewhat delusional to think it isn't like that

At this point there is no way to avoid using banks for people in their daily lives. People that choose for Bitcoin aren't serious, or they just say so to bump their post count. There is absolutely no need to choose between one of the two when you can work with both perfectly fine.

If you are in a first world country that is correct but for people living in a third world country is possible to live without access to banks, besides it’s not like they are avoiding banks, they just don’t have access to it
