Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

no pow = scam

Developing a platform takes time and money. We aren't asking alot, secondly, why don't you run off to ETH and scream scam. Discussions here will be about the project, and also ideas for what kind of jobs there might be, and also suggestions / constructive critism are welcome.

Then we're like minded and you must have some good ideas which might help us too.

Obviously should we raise the 10 BTC minimum, that would give us the funding necessary to really take this project and gradually grow it. One of the main challenges will be to get some of the freelancers who don't know about crypto involved in such a platform and for that we'll hopefully make a really intuitive and attractive video as part of the marketing plan to state some clear advantages to using our platform over others.

Secondly, online marketing is really going to make the difference when it comes to getting users on board. Much of the time, people who think about starting up a business tend not take account of the marketing costs which are hugely important.

I'm a freelancer, I see the potential. The target demographic are people who are at least one step above the general population in regards to knowing their way around computers and the internet. I think it is a great idea but* same ol same ol. Not judging you but this place is tainted with scams - don't even blink or you're screwed. ICO is the red flag here, one could say it is a guaranteed scam in this day and age unless you give out your credentials and attach your name to it, even so it would still be high risk. I know there needs to be funding, so that's why I suggest the premine in escrow alternative, releasing funds for infrastructure transparently on a case by case basis.

i agree in this add your name on it social media and your team name and escrow
you are planning to make a bussiness but you want stay anonymous
who do you think will invest on it a large amount without guaranteed that it will be develop
almost all ICO happen lately is all scam want funds but vanish after that
if you think im wrong then prove it and if you cant do that just leave now
there a lot of ICO scam happening here and were are sick now at just looking at it

Appreciated! The fee's we're planning to take would be 5%. However we'll be looking at implementing ways of reducing that for freelancers with high activity, so the more popular your services are, the less fees!

Bought me a few, haven't had a reasonable looking ICO to invest into for a while now. Can we pay freelancers with hire tokens alone?

Gotcha. Another question I have is, what would be the size of jobs that we could offer? For example if I wanted to offer some larger project that might take a while, and cost quite a bit more than the usual day job. And for these type of jobs I usually like to take a deposit. How would you deal with that?
