Will BTC reach $600 during the first month of the new year?

well if btc gets to 500$ its a great breakthroutght to decemcer cuase usually this time of year its the low price of all year soo we can expect like 700$ to march 2016

Last year's December was pretty bad (~$900 -> ~$300), but that was the exception.

2011 - price in December ~10x the price at the start of 2011.

2012 - price in December 2-3x the price at the start of 2012.

2013 - price in December >10x the price at the start of 2013.

I have no idea what December 2015 holds, but I do know this idea that December sees a price drop is a myth that isn't supported by the historic data.

I'm still trying to figure out what can be driving the price up right now, and the only news I'm seeing is Chinese appear to be going into a recession.

 Given how much of the BitCoin ecosystem is driven by the Chinese, that might be enough.

 I also have to wonder how bad it really is over there, given how strongly the Chinese government censors news to the rest of the world (AND internally)....

Today's December is different because of the great event that will happen in the following year. With this rumors of getting the price increase after halving may acquiring coins now because of fear that they can't buy at cheap prices now next year because of halving.

If we reach 500 a massive dump will happen for sure, its gotta be so massive that there wip be a chance the price getting back to 400 or worse 380
But there is nothing can prove my theory, we'll have to see it

We have indeed made a great step but I still feel like $500 is so far away. I'm happy enough closing the year on a solid $400 though.
If we do hit $500 again I doubt that it will stay there for long. I'm afraid that if it does, it will go back down.

Well for me, if we will hit $500 then suddenly price came down, it will not that much. Look how price is stable is the given range : 320 for almost 2 weeks if Im not mistaken : around 400 in 1 week : and now at around 420 for about 15 hours now.

I am already happy that the whales who were pushing Bitcoin back everytime it went over $400 have stopped doing it. Now the chances of seeing the price move closer towards $500 level are greater than before. We only need some patience.

if we surpass 500 the same thing will happen , like it happened to the above 300, so probably a skyrocket toward 700-1000

I was a bit surprised when i saw the price $414 i first thought if it was 314 but no, bitcoin is rising and it is making me happy , $500 will be easily to reach for the next 3 remaining weeks.

The price last month had not reached $500, the maximum that i saw was $477 and it was only for few minutes.

Nowi expect stabilisation on 420$ than attack on breaktrough level  520$.But first 450$ defend450$,move to 520$

I believe that the price will be fix around $410-$420 this december and i think this following year $500 per bitcoins will happen in march 2016.
Its just my speculation since the price is gruadually increasing...
