Man, IOTA is not about personal feelings and egos. It is not about who is right and who is wrong. IOTA is all about business, the mind of business, the focus of business, the attitude of business, and the results of business (for instance, just behaving in IOTA community as you behave in your own working place, strictly business, no showing off being smarter, no nonsense when make points)  

To make IOTA an ultimate successful project, the whole community including everyone has to laser-focus on the business and be measured by the tangible results. It is almost the opposite of what a current regular crypto community has been doing and it requires everyone not to be driven by personal feelings and egos. This requires a paradigm-shift of mind on how to conduct in a crypto community.

To focus on the business is to take an ownership of this business. You don’t have to be a programmer to do so. It is all about the attitude like how your boss values you in your real work place. No matter what skills you have, you always can take an ownership of something in IOTA such as a post on reddit, a topic on the forum, or going to a meetup. Always ask what I can do to help, instead of what you can do to help.

Was Step 2 completed correctly? I'm asking because those who had exchanged JINN for iotas were supposed to send an unencrypted message from the same Nxt account with their IOTA address. And I see only an encrypted message.

That is the account that was generated with the seed

Okay, i have reached the next hurdle. I gathered 9 neighbors and now only one is operational.

I don't have the time, i wait for better client

After 3 installs on 3 different computer and still getting 6000/6000 issues I've come to the end of my technical limits. Very frustrating and i hope there is a simpler solution coming soon. It's stressful with money on the line

Up your technical limits, you bought cutting edge IoT tech. Yes, this is 100% serious, I am getting quite tired of seeing how little effort certain people put into this, expecting to just 'one click' themselves through this without any effort whatsoever to actually understand the underlying tech or vision of the project.
