I'm reading a lot of salty comments on here from people who didn't buy in early. Its not hard to know why Iota is now 9 billion market cap. The technology behind it is groundbreaking. This was bound to happen. Say what you want about some of its shortcomings but you cant deny its unique technology that can compete with the likes of ETH and ripple. It deserves top 5 for sure
Favourite of all coins, such a different tech from all others out there. it will never fork, fee less transaction, infinitely saleable, quantum proof, working on smart contracts, players must use iota no custom tokens, serious team. Ok, I have an important question about this system...
I`ve been hearing about this in different communities nowadays and decided to research the topic. The system looks pretty good and very effective in theory and in test so far. But;
How come this was created in 2015 and never really got any attention until the end of 2017? Seems like they even gave away free coins which ended in July 2017. But people still didn`t talk about it so much.
If the system is this good and solid then why this hasn`t become the next big thing for the last 2.5 years?
1)Because they focused on companys and Real world... And most invested Cryptonerds hate Iota for their zero fees and endless sccalability. 2)It's actually still in beta. But now they are an foundation in germany and can hire lots of developers to make the system ready for all that companys knocking on their door. IoT is HUGE... and iota is the data protocoll and currency for it. By the way... there where hundreds of good news the last months... but peoples closed their eyes or begun to fud. Now they partially realise what this tech is about. And eyes can't be closed anymore. |

In hindsight, the haters have caused lots of newbies to lose money by repeatedly and tenaciously spreading FUD about IOTA. I wonder when the haters are going to 'fess up and admit they were wrong?
I always knew there were chinks in their armor when they dismissed big companies partnering with IOTA -- repeatedly. According to these fools, Microsoft and other tech giants are complete idiots to partner with IOTA. But... but... they, the keyboard warriors, are the smart ones! Yeah. OK.

If it takes so long for users to confirm transactions (with re-attaching and changing nodes multiple times etc) how can this reliably handle IoT traffic?
Sssst, don’t ask the obvious. We are having a bull party right now. Hey, I want this bull to sustain new highs and consolidate - not lose steam because the tech can't deliver. |

this pump is a shit , because a lot of holders have their coins blocked, the tangle is out caput , and many users cannot send their coins to finex.
how can't be supposed an decentralized coin where, yours coins are in possesion of the iota foundation, right now , and you cannot move?
