Besides, Anthony Davis already made up his mind to win a championship at New Orleans. LOL. He ain't gonna win a ring in New Orleans, not with Mirotic and Moore as his sidekicks. Pels ain't goin' nowhere, especially in the west AKA never winning a championship. PERIOD.
He is that kind of player who have his own goal and do not want to rely to anybody else which is a good thing to him. Wrong. He is like all other players who re-sign after their rookie deal with the team that drafted them, just because they can offer the most money. Simple as that.
Its just a change of Agent which is Rich Paul and that doesnt mean anything. It means everything. You don't just casually sign with Rich Paul unless you have something in mind. I'm almost 100% sure he will be dealt before his current contract expires.

Bucks could be a great destination for J.Butler for position and what trades could offer. Bucks do not have good picks because they rank usually well and do not posses other teams picks as well however they can offer middleton.
Now, I know middleton is more of a bucks player than jimmy could be but both of them are on their contract year so its a gamble for bucks, if they keep middleton and not get butler than they need to keep middleton for sure, they need to know he will stay. If butler comes and he stays than that is a better deal. So, if bucks think they can keep butler than that is good, if butler goes than middleton is more important.

~snip~ Butler is looking for one those three things : - Go to a big market team
- Choose a contending team
- Get to a team which can offer him max contract
Bucks is neither one of those and in my opinion an awful fit, Jimmy ain't no sharpshooter like Middleton and teams, especially Bucks, need some sort of spacing for Giannis to be able to operate inside (Bledsoe is also not a good three-point shooter).

Then who is good in your opinion. You keep telling negative points about all our posts here. So what is the best option for you? Who will fit in to every team? Who will win the NBA? You are already sure about the West winning it. What team are you betting for? Where do you get your basis of all of this kind of stuff you are blathering about? Maybe we could learn from it.

NBA’s Houston Rockets Land Sponsorship Deal with Bitcoin Mining Subsidiary AntPool Bitmain Sponsors NBA’s Houston Rockets
Bitmain Technologies, the world’s biggest supplier of cryptocurrency mining equipment, is looking to help push its industry into the mainstream through a sponsorship deal with professional U.S. basketball team the Houston Rockets.
According to a September 24 report from the South China Morning Post, AntPool, the bitcoin mining company owned by Bitmain, has pledged to invest $500 million into the Texas economy as part of its U.S. expansion.
AntPool overseas operations manager Haijiao Li said that there was no better way for the company to continue their expansion in the U.S. Li added that the Houston Rockets are the most popular NBA team in China, as Chinese Hall of Famer Yao Ming played for the team.
https://btcmanager.com/nbas-houston-rockets-sponsorship-bitcoin-mining-antpool/Anyone thinks that its a good boost for both parties? Perhaps we will see another crypto related stuff sponsoring other sports not just basketball.

He is that kind of player who have his own goal and do not want to rely to anybody else which is a good thing to him. His contract expires in two years and he got a player option at 2020-2021 for player option. Lakers might have already build a better team before that too. I'm not sure if he can pursue that goal of taking the championship with New Orleans. That team is still lack of a powerhouse and I don't follow that team since then. If he's that type of player that wants to reach his own goal, he might realize in the future that he needs some back up from powerhouses that he is willing to choose from the league's top choice.

AD can definitely move to lakers but if that is going to happen that needs to happen with a trade and not during free agency.
The trouble with waiting for him to come is that lebron will be old as hell when AD comes thru free agency, I know lebron is a cyborg and all but he is 34-35 right now, during 2020-2021 season he will be like 37 or so, just let the man drop a bit.
If AD comes during that time lebron still be an amazing player but not the lebron we know, specially if he gets injured. Kobe was playing with 33 points against golden state when he got injured and never was himself again. If lakers wants AD, they need to react quicker and can't stand a chance to wait around.

AD is a talented player but the lakers already have lebron, I am concern about Davis health because he can easily be injured, especially his shoulder. I think it would be better if the lakers will not build a super team anymore, it will give a big honor for Lebron if he can beat the warriors with the current team.

Then who is good in your opinion. My sarcastic but friendly response would be: Basically any team that is willing to trade two young players + a top 10 draft pick. In return they will get a 59gm rental player who has injury-prone knees. Non-sarcastic answer would be: Likely the Clippers: they can offer him the max, non-contending team, but they have decent cap space, flexibility which is very important come 19' off-season, very good coach and likely the best GM in J.West.
Who will win the NBA?
Is this a rhetorical question? lol I can assure it's not the Pelicans.
Where do you get your basis of all of this kind of stuff you are blathering about? Two decades of following the NBA, the last 10 years of which very closely. Probably watched more games/game analysis, and stuff related to basketball than you can in your life time. I'm also an active member of some of the better online NBA communities. I won't ask where do you come with the stuff that you spill. lol Anyway, if you don't like well-reasoned jabs and trash-talk, you can put me in your ignore list...won't be able see my responses. That will make life easier for you, filling your weekly quota with absolute nonsense. Talking basketball like a middle-aged white woman talks chess.

I dont think he can do it in New Orleans for me especially with the players around him. He is the only all star on the team and Rondo is now on the Lakers. When LeBron is on Cavs, yeah he carried his team to Finals but with the help of Love and others. The Pelicans roster is worse compare to Cavs roster last season. There is no way that Davis can win a championship himself At the end of his contract, he can pick the team he wants. Lakers will be a good choice since LeBron is still there at that time. It will be a good duo in my opinion.

Still I want a balanced NBA just so it would be unpredictable to see who the champion will be. This is not just for my own kind of purpose. We are seeing no bets anymore since the odds are always higher with the West and I didnt even profit much from last year. They want some handicap and who would agree with that? Although I have teams that I want to win, the goal is to make every game as fun as possible.

This is actually true which i dont really understand why some people do really like to presume or putting up strong players into one team and as you said there would be no such balance if thats the case and the thrill we do seek on basketball games will surely be vanished because we do somehow already anticipate on whose gonna win since we do know the line-up. It would really be much better on the current way where good players would just still remain and theres no need for a collaboration.

Jimmy Butler really does not have any choice of the Timberwolves decides that he will be traded to the Bucks. Remember a player who demanded a trade can request which team he prefers the most but the one who decides when and where he will moce is the owner or gm itself not the player. Middleton is definitely one of the pieces needed in order for this move to get going maybe adding Brogdon as well as another draft pick could entice the Wolves out of Miami's offer.

That's right, Jimmy has no saying in where he will be shipped. Wolves can trade him to ATL or ORL or any other bad team for that matter. Tricky part is, he has given 3 preferred destinations he would consider signing long term, which means - teams trading for him (outside of those 3) will not have any guarantee that he will re-sign with them after next season. Is it worth trading young players + draft picks for a guy who's likely leaving after 1 year?

We are at a gambling discussion thread and analysis about teams will help a lot to those who are betting for every game. Who will you bet for if almost all the posts here are in just one team or in one side. Predicting already the winner even if the game haven't started yet. Like last year, it is like 90 percent of people already knew that it will be GSW which really happened. So those who want to bet with Houston or Cleveland are already shaking even before the Finals started. There is no fun anymore. No one wants to bet because of the greater odds of winning from the super team that they created.

With the bold part, that's a sure thing in the league. It's a business and career so we can't remove that part of making big bucks, I even wished when I was a kid to become a sportsman but I went to opposite way. I didn't followed Davis much but I think this season it's a must.

Correct me if im wrong, are you talking about Anthony Davis? Ive passed through a post in google sports news about AD switching team, and thus meeting up with Lebron's agent. Not sure about that, I havent read the whole content lol. Im sure the Lakers will become a team to beat in the west next year, as they will be adding up pieces (including Leonard). If AD will sign to the Lakers, then it will be fun to watch the games between the powerhouse teams in the west.
