The big guys are running things so far in the skills competition.  It's always fascinating why that happens.  I'm guessing size gives you an advantage on the drills, but if you put a defender in to the mix things would be changed quite a bit.  Nevertheless, I'm expecting Chris Paul to rise to the occasion and try to get himself another award.  Glad this All Star experience is on TNT.  Great to see Ernie and the gang handling the festivities.

Domantas Sabonis won the skills challenge. Luka Doncic and Chris Paul couldn't make the final even though they only played one round, lol. Sabonis and Vucevic played final round and they both were terrible at the last 3-pt line. Sabonis made the point only in 4th try.

Now in 3-points contest Stephen Curry tries his chance 7th time, he has only 1 win (in 2015). Why would they let him make appearance for 7 time though? Looks like terrible marketing to me.

Fans respect him as one of those legit outside shooter and even he's appearance rises up to this level many still continue to support him. My 2 cents of mind.

Stephen Curry won the 3-points contest today and that would give him another title. That was a close match in the final round with Conley. Steph 28 points to beat Conley’s 27 in the final round.

Damian Lillard calls game from halfcourt! It was amazing MVP became Giannis, he deserved it by not missing any shots.

Allstar game was literally the summary of recent years, like a show match made up of three-pointers. The fact that everyone on the field is shooting three points shows the development of the NBA But the dunk contest was the worst contest of recent years, I would like to see better ones. I just like Simons 360-degree two-handed jam.

I would like to watch a match with more dunk and more alley oops. I do not like the game ending by reaching the determined number in the last quarter, the difference was already too much. The winner of the match was clear before the quarter started

Well, the AllStar Game was more or less what was expected, an interesting game with several 3-point shoots.

Now, something that I was disappointed was with the Slam Dunk Contest, it seems that every year the level is getting worse.

I think it stops with the Gordon and LaVine competition and from that onwards it gets kinda boring, hope they could get any flavors now for the dunk contest maybe by modifying it, well, the 3-point contest just been modified.

Lebron feels he is old enough, give that chance to the young fellas. Why did you say it's boring? Damn, I have not watch the highlights yet but with what you said it made me interested. I forgot about the schedule of the 3 point shooting contest, skills challenge and slam dunk, I only manage to watch the all star game and Team Lebron is just too much for an Embiid less Team Durant.

Honestly, this is their chance with James Harden and the others who haven't get NBA championship from their past team. If they failed to climb up to the NBA finals and become a champion, then that would be hard for them in the upcoming years of their careers to get to the Finals again. Before that, they need to beat every team in the eastern conference which is so far on their best this season especially Knicks and 76sers who don't give any easy win to them. 2021 NBA playoffs will be something like we've never seen before match-up now that NBA All-Star is finished, every team will take the game seriously than they are before.

Curry was amazing. I really thought he was going to lose that against Conley.
That last shot made me shiver.  

Dunk contest though is not that much fun. Maybe we are expecting too much from those high flyers and every trick had been repeated already.
Maybe next year something better will come up.

Skills? Sabonis deserve that win after being a runner-up last year.

I think Steph and Giannis were the big winners from all star weekend. Giannis for his perfect fg% game and Steph for his long range bombs and winning the 3 point contest. I thought the dunk contest could have been more exciting but I liked the halftime format. Zion and LeBron both disappointed a little.

I agree with Steph. That funny 3 point turn around shot, got the attention of the crowd. Not that much of a highlight but that really took the attention of everyone.
