lakers managed to hold their horses whereas all the other big teams lost, so lakers got an "easy" win. This year it feels the same, I don't know if big teams will be awesome but I think every team has a chance to actually contend again.

The bubble was one of the most challenging part of the NBA history where the players played with their hearts and passion despite the fear of covid and playing away from their families, and battled with a lot of emotions. That wasn't an easy win for the Lakers If you have to open your eyes wider.
The Nuggets played very well, as well as the Heat played very well. That's why they beat those team (big teams as you say) which everyone thought to play in the Finals.

I do agree that underdog teams can really have a shot on beating off those powerhouses.Come to think that Heat on last season where

What do you guys think about LeBron’s foul against Embid last night? Is Embid right to say if it was the other way around he would have been ejected? It was definitely a dangerous play and probably the first time I’ve seen LeBron do something that deserved an ejection. Seemed like he was ready to hurt Embid to avoid being put on a poster. You usually don’t see that sort of pettiness from LeBron.

Watched the replay on Youtube and man, that was really dangerous.

IMO, Embiid's opinion if it was him who committed the foul, he could have been ejected is exaggerated. He think that the official only call a flagrant foul on James because of his status but forget to realized that he is too, a star in the NBA. I've seen lot of hard fouls on the NBA but seldom see an ejection.

Lots of funny comments, people are not happy about the call. I thought it was Gasol who fouled him but when I watch the video again, it was clearly an intentional foul when Lebron is not anymore after of the ball but just to push Embiid to prevent him from dunking the ball.

playoffs are when players especially the 8th seed for example have nothing to lose, so they go all out while the other team is thinking they are easy to beat since they were just the eight seed then they were shocked, and also sometimes with luck, that's hard to stop when 8 seed team shooting low percentage in regular season then suddenly shooting in the playoffs are off the chart that's really hard to stop.

I don't like that the Heats aren't playing like the defending conference finalist... Some player not being in the game shouldn't affect the entire team spirit. Too low! Can they even make the playoffs this year tho🤦🏽‍♂️

After watching that replay, I also think that it was Gasol who made this foul worse, if only that push from LeBron it won't be like that. The push is just to avoid the dunk.

But haters are haters and it can't be changed, it isn't the intention to hurt that much but just to move Embiid not to complete
that possible dunk, considering how heavy this two players you can't just do it slightly but to add force to stop or to really move
that dunk.

I don't think they will be competing in the playoffs with their current situation as you can see, the other teams in the east are battling hard to get to the playoff tree. Now the Miami Heat are struggling too much and the NBA Finals last year might not be possible again.

As you can see in their records they're losing streak is too much, they need some winning streak instead of a losing streak right now.



Update: I think this is one of the reasons for their losing streak. I hope he will be back soon.

If you read my post, I state that if it were the other way around Embid would have been ejected.  I also stated that LeBron deserved an ejection.  I didn't say he was ejected.

Embiid claims that if it's him, he would be ejected is too much. He just needs to state what he feels about Lebron, not the whole organization.

Even his Coach Doc Rivers said that he didn't think either play (the later flagrant with AD) should have been called for a flagrant at all (not an ejection). Not a Lebron fan here but in his whole career, he's not known for doing a dirty play.

Hello guys, as you know, the Clippers just won 109 -105 over the Heat and they are still without Kawhi Leonard and Paul George due to the NBA's health and safety protocols. They had six players in double-figures for points doing an amazing job since they didn't have their main stars on board. It is normal if they want that guy on Board, He is the leading scorer in the championship and it will be great see that guy with James & David, even better than 'the threes Nets - Harden, Durant and Irving'. I think Lakers will be in the NBA finals or really close to them and no matter if Bradley Beal comes to Los Angeles but definitely they will get more posibilities to win the NBA championship if he joins the Lakers team. It could happen. The Lakers has become interested to Bradley Beal since 2018 as the article also says. But they have landed a much bigger star Anthony Davis, but with a huge constellation in Brooklyn, I guess the Lakers management will make their own move as well. I've also heard Beal was interested in joining the Lakers before AD landed in LA.
We all know the Lakers franchise is really good at maintaining the quality of their team and the number of their championships they got speaks for it.

If the Lakers is really interested to this trade, this would involved Kuzma, Harell, Schröder, KCP, and THT any of these guys could be sent away.

That's the most interesting part there if beal could really be fit on the team where dominated by james since it's a big adjustment for him if he will be successfully transfer in LAL.
