The knicks are slowly dismantling what some people called a team that could go to the finals.  Cabs have looked completely lost trying to guard jalen brunson.  Okoro has had some luck but then the Knicks just roll to another set and go p-n-roll.  Thibs has coached a hell of a series given he isn't getting g anything out of quickly or grimes on the offensive end.  And Randall has had a terrible series.

It's all about Jalen Brunson on this series and he is contributing well for his team to take this lead and 1 win away to proceed to the next round, with their current confidence and the way their play as a team right now, if they win this round in their next game, surely their next opponent will having a hard time to compete against them because the way their quickly adjusted to counter their team defense and able to continue burying shots despite of the pressure. at this rate, the key is to score as quickly as possible and their high ratings of offense are telling the league that they are not easy to erase in the NBA playoffs this season.

Only 2 games today but very intriguing. At Crypto Arena, the top 2 seed in the west badly needs a win to even their series against the Lakers. But can they do it away from home? The Lakers might be only ranked 7th but this time they are healthy and are too experienced when it comes to the playoffs.

In another very important game today, the Miami Heat, another low-ranked seed at #8 in the east will try to take advantage at home with a commanding 2-1 lead over the Bucks. This time Giannis is expected to return, we do not know if he is really fully recovered from his injury but they badly needed a win as well. The Miami Heat though very well-seasoned when it comes to the playoffs are suffering from their own injuries as well. Butler and Adebayo are not even guaranteed to play while they are already without Herro and Oladipo.

Looking forward to the Lakers game tonight. Dillon Brooks gets to feel what it’s like to have all eyes on him. Hopefully for his sake he doesn’t get demolished again. This is the sort of series that changes a career path. Mentally, I’m not sure if Brooks has what it takes to recover from all the embarrassment headed his way.

I mean, I'm not totally blaming Brooks for doing that. He might be doing some dirty moves but he just did that to help the team, we all are not that new when it comes to this, sometimes it's effective enough to distract LeBron James and get under his skin but that same sometimes did result into a loss instead of getting a win because he poked the bear too much and too harsh which LeBron took somehow personal and made him a project to get ejected Grin Thankfully though, NBA officials aren't buying that to suspend Brooks at least one game.

Did anyone read about the issue of Dejounte Murray?
Here are the details.
https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/nba-investigating-hawks-dejounte-murray-for-making-contact-with-referee-in-game-4-loss-to-celtics-per-report/
And here is the clip about what he did which many of us may have not seen because he did it after the buzzer sounded in the 4th quarter.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T-12HY7B1M

2 possible outcomes. Fine or suspension if proven he said or did something bad against the referee. Watching the clip though, he did make contact with the referee so there's a high chance suspension will happen after the investigation is complete.
Why would players do this? They already lost, forget what the referees called and bounce back in the next game. Now, he just jeopardized their chance to avoid a possible 4-1 in Boston.
That's just too foolish of him and this is not the first according to sources. He was also fined $20,000 back when he was with the Spurs for throwing the ball at the referees' legs. February 2022.
https://www.nba.com/news/spurs-dejounte-murray-fined-20000

Yeah, if the investigation will find weight with his action a big possibility that he will be suspended and instead of helping his team,
he can't do anything if he will sit and watch the game.

Like what you said, it's better to let the game go if it was a loss, then move forward and try to bounce back the next game.

With the video probably even I'm not an expert, I can see that there's a good reason to suspend him.

2AM , wonder if I should sleep.

My problem, Golden State is playing in 2,5 hours and I really want to watch the game.  Grin

This is do or die. They win and the gain the momentum and Sacramento might get nervous. If they lose we all know it's over. Being this week on the road and having to win 3 straight with 2 on the road, that's gonna be impossible.

Draymond Green is returning after his 1 game suspension and will give them some defensive help inside. If 2 out of 3 players ( Steph / Klay / Poole ) make a good game shooting wise this will be a win for GSW.

I think it's gonna be a close game and I wouldn't wonder if it's open to the last shot. If the series returns to Sacramento being tied at 2:2 there might be a chance That the Kings are getting nervous. They are quite inexperienced in the playoffs and we all know what the GSW are, they are champions.

Gonna be an exiting game tonight.

Maybe your lack of sleep was worth it. The game was indeed very close and was open to the winner in the last shot. I really thought Sacramento would've won this game. GSW is indeed a very dangerous 3rd quarter team although the inexperienced Kings made their own rally in the 4th.

Now the Kings need to win in game 5 if they want to stay alive in the playoffs. The Kings are now feeling the pressure they never felt during the regular season. I am still hoping they can win this series against the defending champions but it will be an uphill battle. The best way for the Kings to win is to lead early and stop GSW's potential rallies. It will be very hard to beat the defending champions in the last few minutes.
It almost caused them the game though with Steph Curry called for a time out that they didn't. Lol. It was a mental lapse on his part or no one told everyone on the court that the Warriors doesn't have a timeout anymore. You can see Steve Kerr's reaction when Steph made that big mistake. So it was a T then Fox if I'm not mistaken made the 3's to cut the lead. If only former Warriors Barnes hit that shoot, it could have been a disaster for the Warriors as they will be down 3-1. Luckily Barnes missed that long 3 and it's a W for the Warriors.

Kerr said that he miss to tell his player that they are no time out left and Curry has been trapped and he don't see any of his teammates around so he made that decision. That's big lapses but luckily they still manage the win since if Barnes hit that last shot for sure many fans will laugh at GSW especially on curry for that mistake. Now they are moving on with that and maybe they need to focus on next game since they are playing in road which can give Kings a great advantage. Warriors are struggling playing away so they should focus more to cut their curse and win on game 5.
Right, but if they lost they game, for sure Curry might have to carry this huge mistakes in his career. So they got lucky, escape with a win. And with that it's down to best of 3 now. And I agree that the next game will be very critical and it's a big chance that whoever wins it, will win this series.

Giannis is back on a must win situation for them against the Miami Heat. And then are taking a 12 point lead, it they will win this game then it's going to be tied as well 2-2. And the next game will be in their homecourt at Fiserv. If not for the injury of Giannis though, they could be up 3-1, but this just makes the series more exciting now as we all know how Jimmy Butler is clutch during playoff games.

Yeah, I also saw this report on Yahoo, and it seems to me intention bumped on the referee as he is frustrated in this game and always calling for fouls and obviously they already lost the game. And he is pointing to someone in the crowd before 2 person from the Atlanta bench take him away.

Hopefully there will be no suspension though, I mean it will be very unfair for the Hawks to missed one of their best players specially in a crucial next game wherein it's a must win for them. Otherwise it will be their last game this playoff as the Celtics will win the series. There are a lot of controversial non calls and ejections and technical fouls this first round of the playoff for this year, in my opinion.

Wow! What a display of his skills from Jimmy "Buckets" Butler.
It felt like I was watching the Eastern Conference Finals. This is the Butler that I cannot forget during the bubble when he was going head-to-head against Lebron James. Sadly, at that time he was too exhausted to continue his awesome performance and the Lakers still won it.
But today, they put the number 1 seed, Milwaukee Bucks, on the brink of losing the series at 3-1. 56 points for Butler who played 41 minutes, there's a slight look of fatigue but the energy that was given by the Miami Heat fans did help.

Now, how will the Milwaukee Bucks adjust to this situation? It will be back at their home which is a must-win, but after that, White Hot Miami will be waiting and will not be stopped from helping their players to play like this again.

Jimmy Buckets seems to turn on another gear when it comes to playoff time.  Like you said during the bubble he was unreal. I mean 56 points 9 Rebounds and 2 assists, against the number one ranked team coming in to the the basketball in to these playoffs.  As a Chicago Bulls fan I'd love to see him get a championship.  Over course I'd like to have seen him get it with the Bulls more so lol.

Great game with LA and Memphis right now.  Though La Lakers seem to be trying to pull away a bit.

Now, how will the Milwaukee Bucks adjust to this situation? It will be back at their home which is a must-win, but after that, White Hot Miami will be waiting and will not be stopped from helping their players to play like this again.

What a sight to behold, Milwaukee Bucks the top seeded team are on the brink of elimination by the Miami Heat, Milwaukee Bucks for majority of the game, and If I recall correctly Miami Heat first lead came in the 4th Quarter, I really gave up on Miami Heat winning the game already because the Bucks were incredible with almost every possession and late in the 4th Quarter Jimmy Bucket happened, he literally carried the team for the whole of the game, I remember him alone scoring 22 of the entire Miami Heat 28 points in the 1st Quarter, and he became some silent during the 2nd and 3rd Quarters, but he activated his bucket mode yet again in the 4th.

While I wouldn't rule out the chances of the Bucks getting back into this series and possibly force a game 7, It's not going to an easy task especially without the Giannis being very healthy the Miami Heat just need to get a bit physical with him and it's going to be a tough night for him.

Great game with LA and Memphis right now.  Though La Lakers seem to be trying to pull away a bit.

It really was a pretty close game. The Lakers were lucky to win this one, and now they need one win to qualify for the second round of the playoffs. This time I would call LeBron the hero of the game as he made an impressive double-double (22 points + 20 rebounds) and tied the game in the final seconds. It's also worth mentioning Russell, who made three consecutive very important three-pointers in the 4th quarter but then got 6 personal fouls.
p.s.
I don't know what's wrong with Davis, but he made a lot of mistakes and was just as bad as he was in game 2.

Yes, who would have thought.
I mean they lost game one but pounded Miami in game 2. This game today was really strange, wiinning every quarter just to totally collapse in the the 4th one.

After basically sitting out 3 games due to injury ( not counting those 6min in game 1 ) , the return of Giannis was supposed to be the game changer, well it wasn't.

One of the rare occasions a number 1 seed can bust out in the first round, this happened only 4 times in the history.
Obviously the Bucks still have a small chance to turn things around but considering only 13 teams ever came back from a 1:3 deficit this obviously is a big task. I have a felling they can pull this off though!

I like seeing this series as a competition between these 2 rival teams. Remember, during the bubble Miami beats the Bucks and the year after that Bucks sweep the Heat.

Now, the hot white Miami is on their way to take their revenge and embarrass the number 1  seeder from the east.
Expecting to see lots of Meme on the social platforms once the Heat eliminates Bucks.

Or, it can turn to the other side, let's wait if what will happen in this exciting round 1 series.

Wow! What a display of his skills from Jimmy "Buckets" Butler.
But today, they put the number 1 seed, Milwaukee Bucks, on the brink of losing the series at 3-1. 56 points for Butler who played 41 minutes, there's a slight look of fatigue but the energy that was given by the Miami Heat fans did help.
20 points in the first quarter with 8/9 shooting. 22 points overall in the first quarter alone, a career high for most points in a playoff quarter, and aside from that, it is also a franchise record for most points by a player in a playoff game in a quarter.

56 points was also the most points by a Heat player in a playoffs in Heat franchise history. Not Lebron, not Wade, but Playoff Butler is holding that record. Just imagine a player who can't find his home a many years ago, and he went to multiple teams, and now he is leading the Miami Heat team to a good playoff run again by making an upset against a top seeded team like the Bucks. Take note that many are taking the Bucks to be the champions this season, but they are on a brink of going home in the first round. Just imagine how disappointing it will be for the Bucks if they will lose in the first round.

Now, how will the Milwaukee Bucks adjust to this situation? It will be back at their home which is a must-win, but after that, White Hot Miami will be waiting and will not be stopped from helping their players to play like this again.
I don't know TBH.

Base on statistics, teams who are up 3-1 are winning 95.2% of the time (record of 258-13), so let's just say that the chances of the Bucks winning is at 4.8%, but we saw the Cavaliers going to win the title against the Warriors back when they are down 1-3. We also saw the Warriors winning against the Thunder when they are down 1-3. I mean that 4.8% is still a huge thing especially it's the Bucks that we are talking.

It really was a pretty close game. The Lakers were lucky to win this one, and now they need one win to qualify for the second round of the playoffs. This time I would call LeBron the hero of the game as he made an impressive double-double (22 points + 20 rebounds) and tied the game in the final seconds. I don't know what's wrong with Davis, but he made a lot of mistakes and was just as bad as he was in game 2.
Lucky? So you are saying that the Lakers are just lucky that they won against the Grizzlies? What are you saying?

They're just a better team than the Grizzlies, and it wasn't luck that's the reason they won. Many are rooting for the Grizzlies to win against the Lakers because of how impressive they played in the regular season, but remember that the Grizzlies doesn't have Adams, and Clarke to help JJJ defend the paint. It would be a different outcome if those 2 are there to help the team.

Davis? At the start of the game, many thought that he wasn't playing because of an hip injury, so I guess it's kind of expected that he will not be the same Davis that we used to see where he is dominating. What's good about the Lakers is that they have players who can step up if needed. Players like Reaves, Schroeder, Hachimura, Russell, and Vanderbilt. That's why they're a better team than the Grizzlies. I guess I will not see the Grizzlies, and the Warriors matching up in the 2nd round because they might lose in the first round. Well, there is still 4.8% chance for the Grizzlies to win.

For the record, Lebron is the oldest player in history to tally a 20 point-20 rebound game in a playoff, and it's the first one since Shaq way back in 2004. It looks like we saw a prime Lebron playing just a few hours ago.

Great game indeed. I thought this is was gonna be another blow out game when the Lakers lead ballooned to 14 pts at some point of the first half, but the Grizz able to manage a good run and reduced the lead into 2 pts at the half.
I will not call it a lucky win for the Lakers, because they have executed a good defense and a good offense all throughout the game and most importantly down the stretch.
They even put Vando on Ja to lock him down.
LeBron stepped up to send the game to OT and win the game in OT.
Davis didn't scored much points but absolutely have the same impact as he grabs crucial rebounds, 2nd chance pts, and block shots. He's also hurt btw.

I've got a crazy speculation right now after the Heat took a 3-1 lead against the Bucks. What if we see a 2020 NBA finals rematch? Lol.

This series would be tied 2-2 if not for D'Angelo Russell's three shots in a row (two 3-pointers and a 2-pointer). He had been struggling in the past few games, but he had his best game of the series in game 4. The Lakers have the ability to win on the road, so I wouldn't be surprised if they eliminate Memphis on their home court. Personally, I would like to see this series go to game 7 as it has been a very good series so far.

Yes, that's not luck at all. They played better and it's all worth the pain they received from the bumps and the exhaustion playing at overtime.
Davis had shown he is drained when he missed one of the freethrows, he didn't even bend his knees well enough to get the right shooting position. But, I do love the hustle of the Lakers. Schroder was the one who made a lot of mistakes, I believe it's 3 turnovers in just 4 minutes and he was devastated about it, and I think he even lost his confidence because of that. This will be a problem for the Grizzlies, how will they bounce with Morant still hurting?

It is important to remember that we could always see 3-2 down and then 4-3 back from there as well, that's not unheard of and could happen. Warriors tied the series and if they win the next game then they will win at home and close the series I am sure of that, but the reality is that if we could end up with a Kings win next game, I think it could still be Warriors winning the sixth game and then everything will depend on the last game as well.

That is going to be a big game and at seventh game anything could happen. Like Doris Burke said, one team plays like they have never been there, and one team plays like they have been there for a long time, that difference could be the difference between winning the series and losing it.

Expect the unexpected is always the right word and we can really never know the real output if the game is not ended yet, Right now the game between Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks, can end in game 5, or game 5 can be a turn of tables for the Milwaukee Bucks, while game 5 for the Golden State Warriors and the Sacramento Kings may come to a critical state because it is a tied game right now for me it is really exciting for a game like these you will never know who's going to win or lose, I thought that the Sacramento Kings could win game 4 because it was super close but Harrison Barnes just choke and couldn't make that Crucial shot,

They have already adjusted to the deficit that they have against the Cleveland Cavaliers and from many fans doubting them now to gaining momentum right now Julius Randall is just choking on crucial games so that is why while the tandem of Jalen Brunson and RJ Barrett is amazing and was very successful at the moment if this continues until game 5 the New York Knicks is advancing to the finals,

I am really amazed at the feat of Jimmy Butler it was really astonishing to watch and right now that Giannis Antetokoumpo is not in his 100% they need to make haste, in taking this opportunity while the Milwaukee Bucks are on the verge of not in their 100% form, for me there is no chance for the Milwaukee Bucks to regain their momentum this is going to be a win for the Miami Heat for sure,

LeBron has activated playoff mode and he still has that winning mentality that makes him the king of the NBA. The Lakers are playing very well and showing the Grizzlies that they may have underestimated their opponent. It would be interesting to see if this reality check will calm down Memphis and give them a better perspective of the playoffs.

Dynasty will be over soon!

What a show from Jimmy Butler last night against Bucks with a total of 56 points! I'm currently watching the 2nd half because that is where I felt asleep and I still cannot believe it that Miami took the game and they are leading the series 3-1. Giannis what a rough night with only 26 points and it was all on Lopez for scoring points and sames goes for Middleton who forgot how to score 3 pointers...

Lebron James had another achievement with 20 points, 20 rebounds, 7 assists, and 2 blocks as the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Memphis Grizzlies. Do you think there will be a comeback by the Grizzlies despite they are 0-3 against to Lakers? And shout out to Jimmy Butler with his career high 56 points and 9 rebounds as they defeated Milwuakee Bucks to take a 3-1 series lead.

Also Jimmy Butler is the 4th (56 points) Most Points Scored in a Playoff Game, All time Leaders.

1st Michael Jordan with 63 points
2nd Elgin Baylor with 61 points
3rd Donovan Mitchell with 57 points
4th Jimmy Butler with 56 points
