Well, the Lakers' hot streak just ended as the Pistons beat them by 3. Another young gun just stepped up for the Pistons just when they needed him most. Dannis Jenkins just hit clutch after clutch and had his career high in points against the Lakers tonight. I guess they are just fine even without Cade Cunningham. The problem would be in the playoffs, they don't have enough experience, and anyone in the East is capable of beating them in a 7-game series.
Good win for the Pistons anyway. The Lakers weren't able to execute a good play to send the game to overtime. The Piston team learned something about what happened to the Orlando Magic, lol.

Yes, I was surprised to see Luka playing I thought that he was suspended, in any case it's not enough for them to win the game as he was silent in the 2nd quarter. But they rally and even take the lead.

Pure chaos on the game between the Bulls and the Rockets. It was a back and forth fight in the last 2 minutes as Durant hit clutch after clutch with 40 big points and Sengun had 33 points. But it was not enough to beat the Bulls with Matas Buzelis doing countering what Durant did.

Houston lost to Chicago 132-124 on the road. Houston's poor first-quarter performance led to the loss. Kevin Durant scored 40 points. Alperen recorded a triple-double with 33 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists, but it wasn't enough to prevent the defeat. Houston will likely have a mixed season, with inconsistent results in some weeks. There will probably be a big change in Houston by the end of the season.

They probably want to extend that winning streak and I think I wouldn't blame Luka for playing and enduring that pain he got if he indeed got some injuries. He's part of that winning streak and losing him will probably get them a lesser chance to continue which in fact even if he was there it discontinued, well, it's because of the suffocating defense of the Pistons, Luka can't even get a clean shot or pass on that last position.

Yeah, Every streak are meant to be broken! It was a fine comeback but did not succeed. Lakers was down big but recovered and I really thought they will win the game with 110-109 getting the 1 point lead vs the Detroit.

They showing this random inconsistency after a winning streak. It’s normal for a newly form team to hit a wall with their teamwork but the most important thing is they still manage to recover from this poor team work on their other games.

The playoffs will be their ultimate test for this teamwork. I’m not expecting much that they will reach championship this year but I believe this team roster has a potential to dominate next year once their PG returns.

Doncic is already tiring himself out, and he doesn't look fit enough to keep doing what he is doing now, all the way until the finals.

So while they do have a chance to do as well as hoped for, I do not think that we are going to see them do much better, it is not going to get any better at all. We should see this as a serious problem. If he keeps getting tired more and more, then he will be gassed out by the end and there are better teams out there that can beat Lakers when it comes to playoffs. Specially Denver or Spurs who have great bigs and Lakers don't.

Lakers streak is over, the Cade-less Pistons still managed to beat them. It was a close game though, so we can still give the Lakers some credit, they really look like a strong team now with Luka leading them.

And speaking of Luka, I wouldn’t worry about him getting tired. He looks hungry for a championship, and with the current lineup plus the support from his teammates, it’s definitely possible. LeBron would be happy as well, since that would add even more to his legacy if they win.

The Warriors won over the Mavs in OT, but Moody suffered an injury. It’s more devastating than losing the game. He just came back after missing 10 games, and now he’s probably out for the rest of the season. What a cursed season for the Warriors. I’ve already accepted that they’re going nowhere this season. Anyway, I’m not sure how true it is, but the Warriors are one of the contenders to land Lebron if he leaves the Lakers. I’d love to see that happen, even if it’s just for one season.

He is cleared on the basket with no one, but suddenly this freak accidents happened and we can only hope that he will recover because it seems that it's a season injury for him and for the Warriors. They already had a lot of players in the injured list and so missing another key player is going to impact them in the remaining of the regular season as they are fighting for a play-in. For the Lakers vs Pistons games, it's unlikely hero for the Pistons, Jenkins, Lakers didn't thought that he will be the factor, but with Smart as their best defender out, there's no one to guard him and so he did take advantage and becoming the dagger for the Lakers and not continue with their winning streak.

Los Angeles Lakers are 3rd seed in western conference and have also secured position in play-offs. I think even absence of Luka Doncic for just one game won't hurt Lakers much.

Well, the Lakers’ nine-game winning streak came to an end as they lost to the Pistons by just three points. Nevertheless, despite this loss, I personally think the Lakers are actually looking pretty good heading into the playoffs, and I expect them to go deep in the postseason.

He will only look tired if that’s not his usual level, but it actually is. Scoring 30 points per game is something he can do consistently because he’s that special.

Good for the Bulls as they've got early lead which they almost let it go after that Houston's rally, almost but the rockets got run out of time and lose the game in the final quarter as Bulls manage to survive and manage to keep their feet running to protect that early lead not to be taken away by Rockets then snatch the win from them, though that's not new to this league as even you have a huge early quarter leads once the team start to rally they can manage to snatch it luckily for those who bet for the Bulls they did not choke and they did not allow it to happen.

So I do agree, let's not overthink, remember that they have this magical run wherein Luka is averaging almost 40 points a game. So he is really doing good stats and inserting his name in the conversation for the MVP. So just imagine if they beat the Pistons today, with that last shot, for sure Lakers and his fans are going to say that he should really be the MVP, but Wemby is also showing good stats, so it might be a very close MVP race this season with Jokic as well and the favorite, SGA.

Houston looks like a team trying to make the playoffs and actually believing they can all while playing without a proper point guard. Honestly, they don’t even have a backup. Guys like Reed, Holiday and Durant are just shooters. they aren’t exactly known for their playmaking. Thompson isn't a guard to begin with. As for Tari Eason and Jabari, they can’t even make a simple pass to the guy next to them, let alone run the point.

While Luka is doing really well with the Lakers, it’s clearly hurting Dallas right now as they’re starting to tank. A team that was supposed to be a consistent playoff contender suddenly looks like a struggling one.

If they didn’t trade Luka, they would probably still be in the playoff picture, and the team could have improved their chemistry over time, even without Irving due to injury. But now, they just look lost, players blaming each other, and honestly the team feels kind of hopeless.

Just one big mistake really changed everything for them.
