This is not a scam accusation against Betcoin.ag.  Jasonort is making a scam accusation against Betsoft and wanting us to help him more with his claim after Betsoft informed the player that a free spin doesn't qualify for the jackpot.  We have contacted Betsoft for the player on multiple occasions.  It would actually be in our benefit if jasonort won and we would have done a nice marketing campaign out of this with an interview, pictures and a lot more.  If he won, Betsoft would have paid the player's Betcoin accounts directly and we but according to Betsoft's rules a free spin doesn't qualify for the bonus.  This would be the same outcome at any online casino and we are very small client for Betsoft.  We didn't receive any benefit from this and had the player qualified for the jackpot and Betsoft paid out the jackpot, player would already have the funds.  We should note that jasonort knows that this dispute is with Betsoft and has made that very clear since day 1.  Jasonort knows that we are here for him and all of our great players anytime.

The policy from the beginning as advised by parent company was to not respond to forum posts that are not constructive, which our parent doesn't do.  We tried to take a different approach, but when a player who claims to not like our site spends more time on our website than any other player and nearly as much time as staff and spams it with usernames like "faggot" and "LotsaPenises" as well as tries to impersonate members of the bitcoin community like Theymos we have to draw the line.

Following is just a sampling of one users accounts created over a 3 day period.  You can probably guess what user it is.  We will leave it to you to judge the users credibility.

This is a signature campaign thread, why don't you head over to the scam accusation thread and respond to the numerous accusations against you instead of making up lies to defend the software you provide players.

JasonOrt bets max with .5 denom on Glam-Life and triggers 4 extra spins.  

On 4th spin he gets 5 yacht symbols and wins 1000 credits, not jackpot.

A) Betcoin tells him he was not eligible because it was a free spin and attempt to shame him by telling him most players know what he does not:

most players understand that it is a bonus or free round and there are different outcomes because of that.

GreedyGoblins is another slot with a progressive Jackpot offered by the same service provider.  
Here you can see they clarify that even though the freespin round offers multipliers, the jackpot can not be multiplied.  This implies that the jackpot is not excluded during free spins.



B) Betsoft Gaming tells him he was not eligible because he did not bet max with the highest denomination.

Finally we have the comments of plo8monster, Betcoins lone site "pro" and the father half of the father/son chat mods.

While being discussed in chat he sided with Betcoin immediately:

After the story was clear, 2 days later, he made these statements:

How many times you will ask the same question? Your question has been answered clearly by Roslin.
There are other campaigns with weekly payment, so you can join one of them instead of asking this campaign to change the payment system.

OP - Are you anytime planning to make the payment as weekly? Also what is the main reason of having the payment as monthly and not weekly?

Suggestion : Least make it fortnightly so people have shares quickly and dont have to wait longs days.

We're not planning to make the weekly payouts. There are many reasons why it's a better for all of us. Main reason is that we want loyal and solid Participants. After a week you cannot prove that you're a decent poster We're not looking for people who likes to jump from campaign to campaign.
