Nah man, gambling can be profitable if you play smart and not greedy. Especially if you gambling on sportsbook, you can gambling for long-term in sportsbook and i'm sure you can get profit.

Your suggestion to earn free bitcoins is a good idea, but the plan to sell when the bitcoin is close is not the right decision. Fix to sell at a price till that try to hold it.

You can start buying coins too even you don't have real money. Like you said you getting your coins for free (or my doing bitcoin earnings methods). The profit you will get here will now be used to buy some coins when the price dipped.
