How about blocking those sites by other people whom you can't control or ask to remove that firewall? That is one way I could think of that could prevent you from visiting those sites and never gamble on it again. Also in that way you cannot really access the site by any means. pfsense could do the trick.

I also realized that I was addicted to gambling and that I was losing a lot of money that I couldn't afford to lose.
