How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ?

Staying away from gambling is easy in my opinion, you just need to control yourself and do not get attracted by it.
Find something else that you like to do these days, I think this will sinuously help you.

It is easier to be said than done, to be honest. If you have been gambling in the casino for a few years, probably the hardest decision for an addicted to quit right away since they have been addicted for a few years. Well, it is easy to stop right away if you are not easily distracted kind of person. Traveling to a new place might as well help you to distract you from gambling, TBH.

You do not have to quit instantly. You can do it gradually. Like decreasing the minutes you are gambling in a day. Then skipping a day until you reach the point that you have cleared it out of your system. I think it will be very hard if will remove gambling from an addict instantly. It should be a process.

Well Said! addiction can not be controlled by a person who is already addicted to something, that is why he/she is needed proper treatment by a psychiatrist and right all comments or post are always redundant already.

Gambling addiction is basically because you want to win money, so the best medicine to avoid gambling is that you find a good way to earn money. Once you have find such a way you will slowly loose interest in gambling yourself.

Most of them want to recover their money fast or want to earn fast that s why they keep on gambling and gradually it will lead them to addiction for sure but when you can control it I dont think it will be a problem. Like make some distraction, trying to avoid gambling directly is not possible for them who are addicted. Need something to distract their mind to stay away from gambling for a while. Soon or later they will decrease their time to play and then they will get out from gambling

staying away from bitcoins may look tricky at first look, but it is pretty easy if you're ready for this - just don't think about gambling at all, if you will keep your minds from it, you will stop gambling, so out with friends or go to a gym, do anything that you like and i am sure that you will quit gambling

I don't think I would ever make it if I were asked to leave Bitcoin. Well, I have invested quite a lot in Bitcoin, and I'm not ready to leave Bitcoin at the moment, to be honest. I could quit gambling, but Bitcoin, no. If you want to distract yourself from gambling, you should travel to new places or do some exercise. It works for me every single time.

Well surviving from gambling addiction is not always easy.Whatever you gave sugeestions is not a solution to stop gambling addiction.In this case i prefer up selling bitcoins or buying goods from amazon or other e-shopping sites.Its better to use bitcoins.Or otherwise start up controlling yourself and whenever you get bitcoins try up thinking other ways to spend bitcoins other than gambling am sure you will find a better way then gambling.

Also i don't like the idea of leaving bitcoin as it also not an ultimate solution as there are other sites which does not accept bitcoins and a gambler can gamble without having them.

its hard to stay away in gambling when you start to addicted on that..
you have to this control your self..
playing sports you like or do some good make focus your self to your work

Sometimes that is the problem, people tend to think that gambling is actually a little bd habit, but trust me gambling ruins more than other bad hobbies. So, better take it seriously and consult the required person like many suggested in past pages.

Of he wins, this will fire up the addiction within him. This does not actually helps a person who wants to quit gambling. This technique is a double edge sword. You'll quit if you lose but addicted if you win. That is why this is a last resort if everything else fails.
