I think you have to focus to your family share your love care with them.

it's hard to stay away from gambling if you have no activity on your daily life, your mind will tell you better to play game and earn some money, it's always happened.
to avoid that, there is many way depend on how much your desire to quit gambling. if you are really intend to quit gambling forever, go find a job that require atleast 8 hours work, you will forget gambling and just dizzy thinking about work.

It is not that difficult to stop thinking about gambling, TBH. Well, if you are staying at home 24 hours a day, then you should do something more beneficial such as going to the gym or do some exercise that can be done at home or get a part-time job.

Recently I thought about gambling addiction and I figured out that if you are really truly addicted then alone you have no chance.
People don't usually have strong enough will to say "I sill stop" on their own. There MUST be a push from the outside world for you to cease your gambling activities.
