If you feel you can handle it just make sure to stay away from a pc/desktop or whatever you use to gamble. If you can control it make sure to find somethign else to do so you are too busy for gambling.
yes this might work if your really not addicted with gambling and sometimes it can not affect you a lot in doing this, because if you are really addicted this piece of advice is nothing because the will of an addicted in gambling is really something. hard to get away from the pc / desktop because it has become their daily lives. trying to spend all the capital, and when it is possible that you will stop gambling. Well normally people nowadays can't live without the internet and I think they would like an extra income by doing it online because it is hustle free and fast for them but gambling is very risky and it is very hard to profit from it. |

Very well said, the average people or the poor people has that kind of mindset, they gamble to get rich easy without considering the risk associated in gambling. They are very positive to win big using a small amount of bankroll which is almost impossible to achieve if we base it on math.
But I think that is OK even if you are using small amount to gamble it will lessen your losses and even if you lose you will not hesitate on losing cause it is just an small amount and you can get it back easily, you need to learn not to be greedy when it comes to gambling. |

This is one of the easiest way to avoid gambling. Go hang out with your friends or put your time to another hobby like watching tv, reading magazines, articles or by playing computer games. I'm sure if you are into it, it can help you to stay away from gambling.
I think before you do it this method to stay away from any gambling.. better to go and bring your self to psychiatrist because it can give the best solution if you are addicted from a gambling psychiatrist can give suggestion to you how to stay away from gambling.. |

Because there is an house edge that not control but balance the outcome of your winning, well house edge decides if they had reach a certain portion of their earning and sometimes they let someone win, but I don't really know how house edge work either but it is just my opinion that I think that house edge work like this. |

hi i am getting addicted to gambling.And i am loosing a lot of money.I am loosing what i can't afford to lose.its sad that when you start loosing its just busted me again and again.at last i gamble for fun but now when i am getting addicted i am loosing too much. The chance in getting rich in gambling is 50/50 and you can't know if your luck enough or not that is the risk you will take in gambling so like you said if you don't want to lose then stay away from it and yes deleting your account is great too. |

if you want to stay away from gambling you need to get a solution to convese your mind to stop been thinking about gambling as a nessaisity in life and play just for fun when you get this point you will have no problem to give up gambling and go away.

There are a lot of things that we can do other than gambling unless you really cannot discipline yourself. You can even open a business in this way you will really loose your self from doing this habit or you can apply for a job when get hired you dont have time anymore to do this stuff for you will be very busy or travel abroad.
