Why is gambling so addicting?

To me it feels like people see a way to generate a lot of money and so they gamble and keep on gambling until they win.
They won't stop until they hit jackpot. Problem is 99% don't make the jackpot phase.

because most of them, when they lose money they try their best to win it back so they chase their losses until they are out of money and even if they can they will deposit more money to continue chasing and that is why they get addicted.

Gambling is something logical and easy to explain. And if treat it not like magical solution for your money problems - because with that mindset you will have even bigger problems.

yeah, because not all the time you will always win the game. one time I tried to play, and I can't win a couple of game past by and I stop as early as I can for me to not get addicted to this kind of game, because I know I will just lose lots of money although our bet was just a bit of money but when the game runs to long this is also an equivalent of losing a lot of money.

I think the more we lose we will be addicted with gambling, maybe the thrill is on when we experienced losing as we are challenge and we would like to prove that we can beat that system and we will end up in the winning side.

Drug high is less risk than gambling because when you are high with drugs you will not lose money unless you also gamble but most like trips are going out on a bar with friends. Based on my experience, if i win once, i will already stop for me to not lose a lot of money. Im just gambling when bored and once I win I will stop. But there are times that I can't win, but I dont want to think That i need to get back the money because the more I bet the more I am losing a lot of money.

Non sense. When does drugs become a better thing. It is even worse because when you are in drugs you do not have control of your self. Drugs will take over your mind and body.
