Seems that the Ant s3 is the best miner for this pool hands down, an s5 has issues with staying connected even with running one blade on my s5 they still have issues
The s3s keeps going strong while the others fall over, I dont know what the difference is but the s3 even finds more blocks per hash then the s5s.

at profitability of 4.92019 mbtc per mh a day divide that by 1k then multiply by your hashrate 0.00492019x1.7= profit @ 1300w what are you mining with I hope thats just your PSU rating, no profit unless your electricity charge is nearly free.

Your difficulty for lbry should be around 150-180 for the gtx960

Your difficulty for lbry should be around 150-180 for the gtx960 Sorry, but I think that's not the problem. As you say, my diff was a bit low for lbry, I was getting around 10-12 shares per minute, but with almost no reject. But since yesterday stratum is ignoring my diff totally, it put lbry diff at 1 and, well, you can imagine, tens or shares per minute with a big rejection percentaje. Nevertheless, I'm going to prove my scrypt with 150 diff to see what happens. Thanks in advance.

A diff of 50 for every 100mhs should return around 16 shares a minute for lbry, I have seen it drop lower than that at times though not sure why.

I know that this info is in this thread, but I'm not able to find it. What's the recommended number of shares per minute? Thanks
....
So my suggestion is to aim for a share return rate no higher than the highest difficulty that keeps you at 1% variance if you are setting a "minimum difficulty" or perhaps the value that keeps you under 1.2% for a fixed difficulty. This can be worked out easily if you know your hashrate without even testing it.
So our target is a diff that returns 20-25 shares per minute. Every 71.6MH/s returns one share per minute - therefore every GH/s returns about 14 shares per minute.
A share return rate of 20 needs a diff of 1 per 1.432GH/s if setting a fixed difficulty. A share return rate of 25 needs a diff of 1 per 1.79GH/s if setting a minimum difficulty.
...
TL:DR Set your diff to your worker's hashrate in GH / 1.4

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer. Always be on the look out, because you never know when you'll be stalked by hit-men that eat nothing but cream cheese....

Do not use this method to calculate your difficulty for lbry.

Presently I am having no issues with manual diff settings. If its a diff the stratum will not accept (fraction, etc): It defaults to var/auto diff. LBRY seemed to connect and mine fine, and I have had a solid connection to X11evo with appropriate hashrates. Did you by chance happen to normalize ALL of the values? (including the ones I left commented) If so ill make a post/link on my batch post. Also I suggest looking at V0.1.0 through the link in my sig. Closer to what you are doing, and the new format if interested =)

Values are normalized for all the algos used in the scrypt. The ones left out, x13 to sib, are not normalized, where calculated some time before with scrypt algo value as normalizing algo and with a aggresive setting of Afterburner. When I did the second normalization to adapt to no Afterburner (not good in the 30ºC Spanish summer) adn with the new stratum addresses I don't recalculate them. I will do in the next weeks, feel free to ask for them if you are interested. It'a a very simple conf file to change some standart settings to values I fell more confortable with and give a little more priority to cpu. { "no-color" : true, "timeout" : 30, "statsavg" : 60, "cpu-priority" : 3 } On the other hand, problem with diff continues I will take a more close look to this when I have a bit more time.
