Anyway, as the relevancy and importance of this topic are long gone, lets discuss more interesting ones...

What is the main forum topic for IOTA? This one, or the https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1216479.1600? Are you going to one a fresh one as soon as the main-net is released?

I would assume that both this thread and the main IOTA thread will be updated once the Beta UI client is released (this upcoming weekend, I believe).  If you do have issues, I would highly recommend joining Ryver as the support is very good there and multiple people are willing to help.

In the whole 'It's difficult to claim' discussion i only have one thing to say. PAY ATTENTION!! You 'invested' (gave money) to a fast developing alpha-stage crypto project. Today I have found how to do a tangle traversal faster, it required to change transaction creation logic a little, but the most interesting thing is that it pushed optimization limit even further. This raises a philosophical question: when is it the right moment to stop optimizations and to do the release? It was like the 3rd time when I thought that no more optimization was possible, but few days later managed to squeeze more performance. What if Stanislaw Lem was right and infinite big program can run without a computer at all...

CfB, I think, beta-testing is a very good idea. But for stable version take your so much time as it is necessary. I do not know what the others are saying, I would wait so long 1. until the program is working stable (by the way, my node version 0.3.0 has no problems at the moment) and 2. until your optimization  will be so hard to make, that your time and strength would bring only minor improvements. And by the way, great, that you find new ideas for optimizing!

The philosophical questions typically have "philosophical answer" - an answer which nobody could really understand

If we want to avoid philosophical approach - then the right time to stop optimizations is the moment when you fed up with optimizations, and feel the urgent need to move forward!! . By some reason I think you are already close to that moment 

And finally - if you optimize everything now, you will leave no room for further optimization, so no progress is possible then. Thats not a good thing  There should always be a way to optimize more - at least to find out that you became even smarter than before. That gives some satisfaction

I guess the steps would be:
 - swipe to the left "Account" window;
 - select the account you will want to sign with;
 - on the menu options, select "Sign Message";
 - enter your pin code;
 - select key for signing;
 - enter the message that you want to sign;
 - sign message
 - and so on...

The answers to your questions are no.

But keep in mind, this project is going to rip though the crypto community like a locomotive when it launches.

As soon as everyone sees that it works, (many have doubts that Tangle will actually work) we will be up in the top few on CMC, and then move on past the crypto community.

Were in good hands.

If people here want to become millionaires and be #1 on coinmarketcap (I'll assume these are the main goals of bitcointalk users), then you'll have to think about what we can do with IOTA.
It will not rise by itself.

sounds great...somebody should make a LONG list with all these great ideas. if just 1% could be fullfilled.. it would chance the world :-)
