Devs, just curious. Is the PoS phase fully worked out yet? (what type of PoS it is & how it'll balance the reward between MN/PoS etc)

I'm hoping it'll be based on PoS v2 or similar which I reckon is better than the coin-age-based PoS.
It creates incentive to stake continuously to get the PoS reward thus promoting a stronger network.

yes, it will be PoS v2.0, no coin age will be used.

just keep at it trust me and great things will happen, network is the key, well distributed network that is, once this phases to interest only (POS) if the master nodes dont drop (they might in small %) but if they stay you are looking towards great future, all of you should spin as many master nodes as you feel (financially and otherwise) comfortable with

commits there are daily now and are on quite deep level... both theoretical cryptography experts and hands on developers are contributing, see  big chance here and rapid value rise if dash clone like us on the low pricing can be cross pollinated with zcash protocol , if you think 1$ a coin would be great try in a hundred range.. I like this coin because of the dev commitment and algo choice.
I am quite new to altcoins, so one thing I can't figure out is how DNET differentiates itself from DASH?
Is it just the algo and POS?

So I lost an older masternode holding ~11k dnet.  It happened after trying to upgrade the node.  I have tried a few times to recover it but I have been unsuccessful. If anyone wants to PM me and try to fix this with me, I will donate some of the recovered funds.

So I lost an older masternode holding ~11k dnet.  It happened after trying to upgrade the node.  I have tried a few times to recover it but I have been unsuccessful. If anyone wants to PM me and try to fix this with me, I will donate some of the recovered funds.

So wouldn't you have 400,000 DNET to have 40 masternodes?
Unless you mean you have 300K + another 400K for MNs.

DNET has done very well during Bitcoins insane bull run this month. All the DNET whales on the exchanges are HODLing, we have more masternodes than ever and are 50 days away for PoS implementation. This is going to be a good year.

Thats a eternity in crypto. Can't we speed things up?

No. We already sped things up limiting the total coin count by reducing block rewards. Steady, healthy growth is what we need. A trickle effect of new investors and regularly fulfilled implementations is the way to go. No need to mess with specs in order to create faster profits.
