If I try to unsubscribe and keep receiving emails, I just report spam and block the sender.
That’s not really a big issue then since it can be easily fixed on our side. Casinos usually keep sending emails about their promos, which is why I personally don’t want to mess up the main email I use for business and daily life outside gambling. I just create a separate email for gambling only. That way it doesn’t get mixed in, and all we receive there are gambling promos from different casinos we sign up with.

If I try to unsubscribe and keep receiving emails, I just report spam and block the sender.
That’s not really a big issue then since it can be easily fixed on our side. There is a lot of garbage in that email.  Certainly it is an amazing idea to create separate emails for different subjects. My personal email is way different

I can understand that if a gambler is playing with big money, using their main email makes more sense. But the promo emails themselves aren’t really an issue that should be escalated, since it’s something we can easily manage on our end. Like what was mentioned above, you can just block the sender or filter emails coming from casinos. That’s why I’m suggesting using a separate email, it’s mainly for those who get annoyed by promotional emails and don’t really know how to manage or stop receiving them properly.

Good idea sharing this. I’m actually doing the same thing, but I like that you brought it up here because it’s the right thing to do. And it’s not just about casinos, we do a lot of things online in crypto, some projects look legit at first but later turn shady or even illegal. At least this way, there’s no direct trace tied to your personal account, that’s the “garbage” you were talking about, and keeping it separate just makes sense.

It only needs to be not thrown away email but it does not need to be their main emails. With any email used for important accounts, they will need to secure that email with very strong password, turn on email 2FA, and make backup of their email password and 2FA. That means emails used for important accounts must be secured properly. Thrown away emails should only be used for non important things and accounts, with very little money related.

In that case, it should have worked there. Have you verified whether the promotional email option is unselected or not in your account settings? There could be an error in the Bitsler email unsubscription system if you are still getting the promotional email while you have disabled it from the account settings. It is a common knowledge that you don't use your personal account with all of the activities that we do aside from the most important things we register online.

If it's related to work and other hustles that we do, we also use a separate email with that. So, if someone doesn't use an email that should be for gambling, I guess they don't know this yet.

Because these promotional emails are nonstop and they're automatically sent to all of the users unless you opt to unsub.

But I read a post where even after unsubscribing from emails, the user was still receiving promo messages. So maybe it doesn’t always work, it probably depends on how the casino’s email system is set up. Still, it’s really annoying to keep getting promos even after you’ve unsubscribed.

It’s even worse for people who use their main email for gambling, since that’s usually tied to everything, login credentials, verification links, and monitoring activity. I get why some prefer using their main email for convenience, but situations like this are exactly why those promo emails become a headache.

Yes, probably there are some internal issues with their servers.
Luckily they don't send promotions too often so I can live with it, even if it is not my desired state.

Yup, we should have a seperate email for our personal use and other one that can be used for other purposes, but usually when people signup they will prefer to use their main personal email becasue they think that the personal email is more secure and since there will be actual money on the gambling site, we usually register with our main email.

Although we shouldn't be receviing email if we have unsubsrcibed but still these days there are mailboxes powered with AI that can auto classifiy the emails. Also you can mark email as junk and it will only show in junk folder and won't bother you in the main Inbox.

I can understand that if a gambler is playing with big money, using their main email makes more sense. But the promo emails themselves aren’t really an issue that should be escalated, since it’s something we can easily manage on our end. Like what was mentioned above, you can just block the sender or filter emails coming from casinos. That’s why I’m suggesting using a separate email, it’s mainly for those who get annoyed by promotional emails and don’t really know how to manage or stop receiving them properly.

With big money  it still makes it a great idea to have a separate email for each casino you opening account with. It is for the player to increase his security by doing 2FA to the email since he is using big sum of money to gamble and has some fears about it.
With all emails used for registering your accounts, you need to set up 2FA for them. It's for security of your emails and any related accounts with those emails.
All email passwords have to be unique, completely different with each other, and strong enough for their security first.

I don't think we need to have different emails for different casino accounts, a same email can be used for multiple casino accounts. As using one email for one account is too much, and it's also unnecessary. With accounts that we plan to store big funds there, use different emails for them is recommended because it eliminates risk of losing big funds from different accounts when one email was compromised.

I'm 100% sure that I unchecked option for receiving newsletter. Just wanted to make a screenshot of unchecked options as y proof but weird thing happened when I wanted to enter that menu I only got 404 error. ~
Most probably it has worked there if you haven't received any promotional email from Bitsler after your previous post. Bitsler usually sends the promotional email two to three times each week. I have received two promotional emails from them yesterday. Anyway, you may still verify whether you have unchecked it properly or not from your account settings. You can see the option on the security page from your account settings.

This is probably the reason, and if you remember it correctly then you’re right. It could be that this part of the system has issues, so chances are you’re not the only one who experienced it. Others might have gone through the same thing too, they just ignored it or didn’t bother bringing it up.

Yes, probably there are some internal issues with their servers.
Luckily they don't send promotions too often so I can live with it, even if it is not my desired state.
Hope that the issue will solve itself somehow.
For now we can only rely on user experiences here since the admin isn’t really active in this thread, but I still like Bitsler because they’ve been around since 2015 and managed to keep their reputation intact. You don’t see that with many casinos, some can’t even last a year, so if this is just a system glitch, it’s not a big issue for me and definitely not something that would ruin their reputation.

Beside using a casual password every email password is unique. And it must be what can be easily remembered, not what leaves you confusing each time you want to make use of it. And if your password you are confident with how strong it is, you decide to not add 2FA but I strongly recommend.

Is your choice. I do not use a ton of casinos that I should have it difficult to manage those emails. You can not know which account in particular you can hit your big win from, making each active account important to have a particular email, and not only necessary for account you have deposit of big money.
